Went in Friday night for a friend's birthday and she had a voucher for a free bottle of Prosecco which was very nice. I've had pizza before but chose the sea bass which was cooked beautifully and finished off with a trio of mini panna cotta. Not a particularly cheap meal but all in all worth it

We regularly go do Prezzo.

We use a #buyagift voucher. 3 course meal with wine. Have never had a bad meal, it's a limited meal if you have one of those voucher but the same great service. I asked for more chilles on my pizza and it was no trouble. The only trouble was outside with the footie fans major incident

We came to Prezzo on a Friday night. We got a nice welcome and were led to our table. Service was very pleasant throughout, the three staff who dealt with us had a bit of a chat and a joke or two. Food was excellent and there was plenty of it. Wide choice on the menu including more than usual for veggies like me. Finished with an espresso martini, a real favourite of mine. Will be back to try the pizza which looked wonderful.

Simply luvelleh, pizza fantastic, everyone on our table enjoyed it and then found a 40% discount voucher online 👍👍👍, my mate martin who doesn’t really eat anything but prawn cocktail and beans in toast loved it, I threw him one of my olives, it was a bloody good shot sir, and plenty in the tank 👍👍

My son and I really enjoyed our lunch here on Monday. It was Pierre's birthday treat so wanted it to be a good one. It was. The food we chose was perfectly cooked, adequate and nicely presented. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive.

I like the decor in this restaurant, it has an ambient atmosphere and is very central in the town. My only disappointment was that they don't serve my favourite N/A ginger beer.

Seeing the earlier rather negative reviews - it looks like Prezzo have attended to their previous problems with staff.

Surprised to read some of the negative reviews as I had a great experience here.



The staff were very friendly and helpful even though it was a very busy Saturday night.



Food came out in reasonable time and although my preferred dish was not available and the subsequent one wasn't particularly overwhelming or to my taste the rest of the meal was very tasty.



Looking at other orders going out this looked well presented and delicious.



Not the cheapest but overall enjoyable and I would definitely return.

last year we booked a table for eight as a colleague was leaving. The meal was lovely, good service and large portions. A little expensive but we agreed that it was worth it.

Another colleague was leaving, so we decided to go back to Prezzo's last night.

We were disappointed in the poor service but mostly in the very small greasy portions.

The starters are over priced as well as the main courses.

Needless to say, we will not be returning!

We were a party of 13 for my birthday. I was not overly impressed with the service, I wouldn't exactly call it attentive. The starters, puddings and drinks were very expensive and I didn't realise that we would be landed with a 10% service charge. It said at the bottom of the receipt it was optional but we were never informed of that and I only noticed it was optional the following day. Even with 2 for 1 vouchers it worked out very expensive and it was only the cheaper dishes which were reduced. Another time we will go elsewhere to somewhere which offers better value for money

Little disappointed, one main meal came out only warm whilst another didn’t arrive for another 10 minutes, wasn’t given pizza cutters for the pizzas, I ordered the spicy calzone but it was far to hot, felt like they had empties a jar of chilli into it

Great food shame about one very rude member of staff who raised her voice at me when I asked if my friends and I would have time for dessert as we had theatre tickets and only 20 minutes left. She wrongly interpreted my question as a criticism and accused me of having a 'disappointed ' look on my face when I explained I was just asking a question. Needless to say we didn't stay to try a dessert. I have never been spoken to like that in any restaurant I have visited. Won't be going back in a hurry #fuming.

Good food, terrible service. Bar one member of staff who took order, they barely said two words to us. No check back on us to see if food was all okay. No warning that a service charge was already applied (luckily we noticed before leaving extra on top - despite the fact there was little service to tip for!).



No one came to collect paid bill, so took cash up to two members of staff. One just stared at me blankly while the other held up a (Scottish) £10 in mid air from the pile with a matching blank expression. I laughed and explained we were visiting from Scotland. The first managed to mumble an "okay" while the other was still tranced by this "foreign currency". Still didn't get so much as a bye/thanks/enjoy your stay etc.

Was not great dinner this time, quite ordinary, actually. Don't think we go there again. To be fair my daughters meal was not too bad, she's had spaghetti carbonara, but my prawn risotto I was so looking forward to - it was just a disappointment. It was supposed to be king prawn risotto, in fact there were only four very moderate size prawns in it. Just disappointed, not worth coming back

Waiters were rude as my friend had a nut allergy that he made them aware of but still brought the bruschetta out with pesto on, my friend explained he couldn't eat it and the waiter huffed and snatched the plate from in front of him storming off with an awful look on his face( not once apologise ) , main course most of us ordered carbonara which is my favourite, however there was no sauce and a lot of oil sat at the bottom of the bowl, I covered my pasta in parmesan to make it taste slightly edible. Will not be rushing back there!!!

Very average meal at Northampton Prezzo restaurant, average service and poor quality ladies toilets. Over £6 for mushroom starter equated to £1 per mushroom.1 main dish, lasagne, not available at 7pm on a Saturday night, they are an Italian restaurant, people expect lasagne. Another 2 desserts not available either. #dontbother, #prezzonorthampton

We was given a buy gift voucher for a three course meal and glass of wine.. it was a xmas gift. We arrived and was seated, we waited 20 minutes to be served our drinks. The mozzarella sticks were burnt and mostly batter than cheese.. my partner ordered carbonara, it looked and tasted dry.. missing flavour and sauce. We complained to our waiter and he looked blank at us for 2 minutes before wondering off and speaking to a manger.. we explained we only wanted some more sauce as it was basically just a bowl of dry pasta, we finally got some extra sauce, it helped but still the meal had already been dampened by having to complain. My spag bowl was below average. We finally asked for the bill and the waiter came back trying to charge us £40 when the meal was free due to our buy a gift voucher. All in all a pretty rubbish experience...

The evening started well, starters and drinks arrived and were lovely. After around half an hour after we had ordered a second round of drinks, we asked where they were and it was admitted they had been forgotten- same with the main course! I had meatballs, which I couldn't eat as they were raw inside.

Service was poor, husband had pizza which was like cardboard I had carbonara that was really watery. We waited ages between courses. 3 different waitresses. When it came to paying, we had been sat for so long we decided to get up and go to the bar to pay as no one could be bothered to bring us the bill. We could have just walked out. It wasn't busy at all, maybe 3 or 4 other tables. Will definitely NOT be returning or recommending.

Food greasy and like microwave meals like other people have expressed on here. We went this evening as we had a gift card to use, the dessert (banoffee tiramisu) was terrible, when I told the staff it wasn't to my liking they shrugged and said 'well I like it' well that is a poor response I'm afraid - just because we weren't paying customers (as such)this was bad service. Won't be going again. Also the toilets are disgusting!!! The taps are so dirty and covered in lime scale it's laughable. Also parts of the bar are falling apart. Gives such a bad impression and this company needs to sort it out. AVOID. Best to pay more and support local good business.

Even though food was OK it was very poor service. I did book the table in advance for special occasion and did communicated all the way through then I was given apparently wrong menu and was overcharged even though i did speak to staff all the way through then refunded has been issued when decided to not let go however it's gone a month and refund actually has been never received tried to speak at restaurant then was told to email them but never got respond for mine email? So disappointed wold not recommended
