Went last night. As always it was great food and as we told them we were going to the cinema in an hour they served the food really quick.

Delicious food, nice wine, friendly staff. The reason we have been to this place well over ten times in the last year.

Highly recommended.

Nice meal, good service. Some of the veg on my daughters pizza was a touch on the charred side, but overall it was all good.

Many thanks for the kind staff, especially for Zoltán, and for the chef this lovely dinner today. Everything was perfect, I can just recommend Prezzo for everyone. <3

11 of us walked in with no reservation. Was told service and food may be slightly delayed as there were only 2 servers and 1 chef. Service was great, food was great, the kids enjoyed themselves. Definitely coming back.

Walked in at 19:30 on a Friday night without reservation, and was told waiting time was approx 15-20 mins. Restaurant was fairly busy but the waiting time was accurate. Staff were friendly food was good and pricing was fair. I will definitely go back another time.

Food was good but service slow. Waited over 15 mins to get our drinks and had almost finished our main course before they arrived. They were very busy however and I'm not sure if they were short staffed? Otherwise it was lovely 👍

We had an early table booking on the 13th Feb. The order was taken accurately and arrived quickly. The food was excellent (I can reccommend the Sicilian Pork Belly). Potions were generous and cooked well. Our only negative was not for us but for the people who had flooded in after us. There was a total of 3 people on the floor who were serving about 40-50 people. They were obviously struggling, with food waiting at the pass for several minutes before serving. It took us about 15 minutes to get and pay for the bill and during that time other people were waiting to pay as well. To me a restaurant is all about the service, you cannot compromise on that or the quality of the food, Prezzo had one but not the other. Hopefully the staff will read this and take note. 😀

We got the pizza with a bit of chicken some cheese and scoops of chill garlic butter on top of it not nice

We booked a table for 9 tonight at 7.30pm at the beginning of November, as requested we paid £5 pp deposit. on arrival at 7.30pm we ordered drinks then ordered meal, at 8pm only just receiving our first drink the waitress told us it was last orders at the bar, they closed at 9pm, we had not received any food at this point. we asked to talk to the manager she informed us that last orders was 8.30pm they close at 9pm the staff have to have their Christmas. we had been informed on booking that they close at 9pm but was assured they would be open until 10pm for us to enjoy our night. the manager we talked to on the night said that manager we booked with no longer worked there and had told us this the wrong information on purpose!! we decided to leave. If the management didn't want to honour this booking at 7.30pm they could of called to informed us prior. very dissapointed and will not use this restaurant again.

Very disappointed, food was average, service was good, toilets very unpleasant, the price of 180 for 6 of us was definitely not worth it & I would not go back. Biggest put off was the toilets not checked regularly every cubicle I went into was not flushed toilet seats up & very unclean. Do not think they are cleaned on a daily basis I did not even want to touch the handles of the door. It's a shame it started off as a lovely place to eat & worth spending the extra money. Gone downhill dramatically.

This place is an absolute disgrace. I dined at prezzo last night, ordering a vegetarian dish and as I was eating it, I found a big lump of cooked mince meat. The waitress didn't seem to understand the seriousness of this, offering me the same dish without meat... but it shouldn't have had meat in it anyway!!! I am totally disgusted, I am a vegetarian and have been for over ten years and this has never happened to me... ever. I will not be returning and would warn off other vegetarians and even people with allergies/intolerances as the cooks here are obviously careless.

The toilets are absolutely disgraceful in this place! for a food establishment where hygiene is supposed to be of a high standard it was absolutely shocking!! Really makes you question the hygiene of the whole restaurant including the staff and the kitchen! I will certainly not be returning here again. When i let the staff know about my concerns no apology or anything.

Ordered spaghetti and meatballs my bowl was swimming with water and meatballs were hard, not good

I wish I’d read the reviews before I went. A friend and I were taking our toddlers to see ugly duckling at the theatre so popped into prezzo for lunch first. After waiting 50 minutes for our food, we only had 5 minutes to eat so had to leave most of it. Terrible service.

I ordered a penne gorgonzola, it was very bad to eat. Such a dish can be bought in frozen food in a supermarket and not eaten in a restaurant for that amount of money. I do not recommend

I never eat meals like in that restaurant, was really not nice my spaghetti was without flavour , in the bottom of plate was water , the meat was not fresh I think they put to microwaves because in side was cold .. ps my boyfriend "carbonara" was this same ...

I had booked for a surprise birthday meal for a friend 18 of us went it’s was a nightmare people had eaten some people had food took ages even though we had e-mailed our orders,they said they hadn’t received most of them.when I complained I was spoken to rudely it was my first time here and sadly will be my last

Booked for a xmas night out, never again! Mess up with food orders and items not being available and failing to let me know even though they had our pre orders a month in advance. Overcharged 3 times, had to question bill over and over lucky I didn't have too much pressecco !!! Wouldn't recommend won't be booking next time.

After not being served for 20 mins the window cleaners came inside, at 2 pm on a Friday, and started cleaning windows. They were walking all around the customers with their dirty equipment. When they could no longer move customers to clean the windows behind them they started to clean the mirrored pillars behind us! We had to walk out in disgust as the dirty water from the window cleaners equipment was splashing all over the cleanly laid tables. Prezzo wake up! Surely you can get the windows cleaned at a time when the restaurant is NOT busy!!
