Welcoming and clean venue with fast service and tasty food. Lovely place to have a catchup with old friends.

We went for lunch and ordered pizza and pasta. The food was tasty and the portions were reasonable. We had a delicious desert and enjoyed a complimentary bottle of prosecco. Everything was lovely including the staff, I believe all italians. We are not english so we kinda felt at home there. Will visit again!

Great food, great staff (esp the Czech waiter) great drinks, great value

Great evening celebrating our 31st Wedding Anniversary. The food was fantastic and the staff were very pleasant and attentive. Can't wait for an excuse to go again. xx

Eaten here 3 times in one month. Had different meals every time. Good food, good cocktails, friendly and attentive staff. Good service. I love this restaursnt. I would dine there every day if I could! �

Really attentive and accommodating staff. I'm vegan and they were helpful in suggestions of why I could eat. The pizza bases are vegan and they added vegan mozzarella. My omni girlfriend enjoyed her spicy calzone too. Would return and recommend. The prosecco is tasty too #leztravelvegan

I came with my three grandchildren and we all enjoyed our food. Great offer on pizzas this week. I ordered the steak and rocket salad without dressing but it came with dressing and had to be exchanged. What a waste. Pity. The staff were very helpful and welcoming

The garlic prawns weren't great. 4 prawns in a dish of what seemed like, tinned, chopped tomatoes with a bit of garlic for flavour. I expect more for the price. Burger was decent though. Staff were nice enough but we had to request a jug of water 4 times. I wouldn't go again

I had lasagne and enjoyed it but found staff lacking, had to ask for water 4xs. Also, I believe it should be the customers choice whether to tip not have it added to the bill already! It was hard work having to work out what each individual owed with it all being on one bill and some having 40% off that we had to work out ourselves!

Went for a meal, the staff were friendly. But the food was cold. They did offer to take it back and get new meals. Although when you have kids you can’t be waiting around for a new meal. We received free deserts as a gesture. We will go back, but will ask for hot food next time.

Welcoming staff friendly, Lots of chefs around, really nice share flat bread, Pasta dishes where nice sauce out of a tin, I was very disappointed by the risotto, it was so over cooked. And with 4+ chefs walking around you would have though a basic dish one of them could cook it fresh or at least tasted before sending as we where the only customers and where not in a rush. Which was a shame.

Staff were lovely to be fair!!

Asked for a pint of Peroni at £5.25 was told they only have draught at selected restaurants !!!!! (Why is it on the drinks menu) Had to settle for a large bottle at £6.55(shocking). Ordered Seabass, five mins later was told they had no mash and would we like fries instead. Who has fries with Seabass!!!! Ordered pizza instead it was like cardboard!! Overall a poor experience,won't be going again. We had earlier tried to get in to other restaurants which were full.

I can see now why there were plenty of spare tables here

Yeah seriously, boasting that you have vegan options and the reality is that you just scrape the cheese off of your bland food is an insult to vegans.



Worst dinning experience I've had since I moved to England.

WORST

Went to prezzo at the print works Manchester last week. Service was fab. The garlic bread had garlic and cheese to the edge. the rest of our Food came out hot and seasoned. Mushroom risotto was perfect. 5 stars, corzone tasted beautiful, pizza was fab.

But then we came to the one on forman Street Nottingham. Service was not bad for a McDonald's. maybe the waitress could learn how to smile. Garlic bread, where the cheese or garlic was barely there, and seasoning was missing. Fries came out to the table cold, I Sent them back asked for new. Took less than a minute to get some new hot ones. my risotto was claggy, overcooked rice pudding still no seasoning to be tasted. I sent that back, the waitress asked if I wanted new risotto, I told her not to bother. I sat and waited for the rest of the table, apparently theirs were unseasoned too. The corzone wasn't filled like the description states in the menu and tasteless . The pizza was tasteless no herbs or seasoning to be seen. We didn't bother with desserts. I wrote comments on our receipt, which they totally ignored.

I'm glad I didn't try prezzo in Nottingham first, otherwise we wouldn't eat there again. I would say, don't go here not worth time or money. I'm going to try the one on low pavement, hopefully the food and service is better there.

The most noisy meal I've ever had to pay for.

This Sat, my husband and i went for a romantic meal. What we got was horrendous music which as drowned the restaurant due to the bar across the road and Prezzo having their front doors open. When asked, the staff apologetically refused to close the open doors, as people were still sat outside.

I have complained to HO and received an apology, and only when I pushed did I get a complimentary voucher - for £10. Hardly fair when the meal was around £60.

SHOCKING.

Ordered the Crab Cakes and some of them were frozen in the middle!!! I don't think there's anything else to say!!

Food not good. Has belly pork. The skin wasn't crispy and the underside was not far off charcoal. The veg was overcooked and the sauce had no flavour. Also the truffle infused fries were awful they were that greasy it was like eating pure lard. I would expect more at that price. I won't be going back.
