Primal Instinct Description

Our outdoor fitness sessions cover all abilities. Proven by results, we'll get every part of your body moving and working the way it should be.

Adam has over 18 years combined experience and has worked with thousands of people helping them achieve their health & wellness goals. More recently, they have articles published in mainstream media, and train other Personal Trainers /Fitness Professionals towards becoming industry experts.

We operate on a strictly 'No ego' policy, ensuring our sessions are never about us, but always about the members experience.

All of the sessions have a key ingredient of fun and a secret 'Primal Ingredient'!

Mmmmmm eggs and bacon!......Sadly there won't be any eggs and bacon at tomorrows session - there will however be a fine collection of tyres and Kettlebells with lashings of burpees to help them go down.

2 friends of mine are in desperate need of your help to find a bone marrow match for their son, Albie.
Albie is just 4 months old and has recently been diagnosed with a condition called osteopetrosis.
Osteopetrosis, literally "stone bone", also known as marble bone disease, or Albers-Schönberg disease is an extremely rare inherited disorder where the bones harden, becoming denser, in contrast to more prevalent conditions like osteoporosis, in which the bones become less den...se and more brittle, or osteomalacia, in which the bones soften. Osteopetrosis can cause bones to dissolve and break.
Because of his age he has the rarest and most aggressive form meaning that he needs a bone marrow transplant to save his life.

My friends dragged me along to a bootcamp session as I had the night off work 7 months ago after one session I went into work and asked to change my shift pattern just so I could attend bc I have met fab bunch of people we get rained on mudded up but we never stop smiling or encouring each other Adam and Claire are very humble I can't thank them enough for giving me my mojo back love you guys xx

I was incredibly nervous about coming to my first bootcamp session, completely unfit and struggling with various joint problems. I have a long way to go, but I have gained some strength and mobility back already and my pain is a lot less than it used to be. Adam and Claire are a splendid team, friendly and committed - doesn't matter where you are fitness wise, they are there to help you improve and achieve. The group, I consider my friends now, and still making new ones all the time. Everyone gets it and will help you on your journey. Friendly and fun, the hour is gone before you even think about it, compared to clock watching at the gym. Try it, its just great. I am so glad I did.

I first went to bootcamp in early 2016. I suffered a terribly sprained ankle playing football and was advised not to play again. After spending months doing next to nothing I saw a friend was attending the bootcamp sessions. The things people were saying, who had also attended, left me intrigued. So I gave it a go. To say I wasn't disappointed is an understatement. If you enjoy keeping fit, making friends, laughing, crying... sometimes with laughter and feeling stronger than you have before. Then give this a bash. I'm so glad I did. I'm sure if you do. You'll not only see change, you'll feel change.

I first went to bootcamp 8 weeks after the birth of my youngest son. I was extremely unfit, struggling with the baby weight and having a crisis of confidence. I was really nervous about my first session but Adam and Claire were great and the other ladies and gents were really welcoming. Each session is different and Adam makes sure that you are challenged just the right amount for your level of fitness. Bootcamp is hard, but fun and gives you a great sense of satisfaction at the end of a workout. 18 months later and I have made some great drinking buddies, enjoy regular mud runs and feel fit and strong with lots of energy!!

Have never met such a great group of people ever! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and supportive and we laugh so much! As well as Bootcamp there are loads of other challenges and social events on offer! Loved the race for life mud run and the spin class and hope to do even more this year! First went to a Primal Instinct Bootcamp in July 2016. As the session ended, I knew I would be going regularly. The intensity is high - but that is exactly what I hoped for and had not managed to sustain, consistently, at a gym.



I wasn't prepared for it to be fun and for people to be so welcoming. This is due to Adam and Claire's encouraging and positive manner. There is a 'no ego' approach - and also none of the sergeant shouty style that other fitness classes might espouse (!) It is a great collective of people from all walks of life who share the goal of wanting to be fitter and more healthy.



Each Bootcamp has a different set of activities/ tasks, so you will not get bored. Adam & Claire are very inventive and creative in varying the workouts and games. You will work hard- and love doing so. You will see improvement if you are regular and fuel yourself with good food choices.



I used to be a member of a gym, where the vibe seemed quite soulless and anonymous. Although you were amongst lots of people, all were individuals. If you have enjoyed team sports as I did that seemed solitary and motivation could wane easily. Here at Bootcamp you are welcomed and forge friendships as you encourage each other.



I love the Primal Instinct community and recommend Bootcamps to family, friends and whomsoever I meet. Whether you are overweight and hoping to recapture past glories (me) or fit as a fiddle (one day soon!), or just want to get in better shape, there is something for everyone. Come and try a session!

Been going for 6 months wind rain and mud, I originally got dragged along by my wife kicking and screaming, but once I did 1 session I never looked back and have enjoyed every single session since and can never wait till the next one , Adam and Claire are fantastic people and really inspire you to be the best you can be with great support and advice ... and the warm friendly and inviting atmosphere from the rest of the bootcampers really make it a fun place to be . If you're serious about getting fit and having fun at the same time I couldn't recommend Adam and Claire enough.
