would like to congratulate the lincoln store for holding the minutes silence today for grenfell. all the staff stepped away from tills and stopped what they were doing. shame a few customers didnt bother. ive always preferred lincoln to other stores. well done

I went into the Lincoln store as the Primark CEO had donated a £100 gift card to me to purchase some fleece blankets for St Barnabas Hospice. I went to the homeware. department and had 2 very caring members of staff who helped me . I was lucky enough to be able to purchase 25 fleeces. Totally blown away. Thank you Primark.

Stocks were very low so couldn’t get what I wanted but I understand that because of hot weather summer things have flown. Staff at tills lovely friendly polite but those on shop floor should remember when at work don’t chat to other colleagues abt last nights antics etc.. not what I want to hear 🙄🎂

I've been coming to this primark for 3yrs now and yesterday i had a horrible experience. I sat myself down on the seat's in the ladies shoes section to give my feet a rest and because i am pregnant too at 33weeks. A member of staff sat next to me while sorting the shoe's out that were left on the floor and a man sat behind me with his wife's shopping bags.... I was mortified when a member of staff asked me to move so a lady could try on some shoe's. Now normally i would not mind but you could tell i was pregnant and worn out, Now why ask me to move? But not the man behind me or the member of staff sitting down to do his job??.... I could of argued but i didn't have the energy to. I think it was disgusting to as me to move but not the other people next to me. I'm not one to moan but i was shocked at how she approached me.
