What can I say about our weekend break, fantastic, caravan was amazing, really spacious, enough for the 6 of us, we didn't see any of the entertainment as we were out and about, so much to do hardly any time to do it in

User

Went swimming and can honestly say it is amazing for both adults and children. Kids loved it and there’s plenty to do. Really enjoyed it!

We have just returned from a week at primrose Valley for the second year, beautiful place and loads to do for all ages in the complex or out and about filey like a visit to scarbourgh and Bridlington , big shout out to team member Sam who was amazing with the little ones at mini archery certainly made it more fun and engaging for them. And also to bear willz who we went pond dipping, paint a plant pot and the woodland walk with very friendly, patient and interacted with all the kids, and adults too, our daughter is just about to turn 3 and tends to get a little bored easily but these guys made it so much fun she actually finished each activity wanting to do more. All staff we came across were very friendly and helpful, will Defo be making another visit x

We are currently still here till Monday but I just had to write this! My little girl aged 5 has autism and it’s not often we can go places and feel comfortable but here is a totally different story. From day one all the staff have been brilliant! An extra special shout out to the fun fair staff who didn’t even need to be told my daughter had autism they just recognised it and started to turn their music down on the rides and did the very best they could to make her feel comfortable, didn’t ask for any tokens until after the ride just incase she changed her mind and wanted to get off! The swimming pool staff are also great and turn the music down when we request and check that my daughter is okay and comfortable with the volume, all restaurant staff have been good and put us in quieter areas if needed. Overall I am over the moon that we can come on a holiday and feel so comfortable in a place that is out of my daughters comfort zone. As I say we are still here till Monday but Thankyou so much for making our holiday what it has been so far all because of your brilliant staff, you don’t realise how much it means for us to feel accepted and comfortable!!

Touring area was lovely. Sandwiched between the main road and the fairground yet the quietest pitch I have ever had! Shower block lovely and warm. The whole site was fabulous and they have obviously spent a lot of money improving it since we last visited in 2012. The new pool in with the adventure pool was a pleasant surprise.

Just returned from a week holidaying in a holiday rental on the Primrose Valley Road & really enjoyed it!! The location is great for the likes of visiting Filey, Scarborough & Bridlington!! The beach leading off Primrose Valley Road was lovely enabling people to make the journey to Filey on foot with the furbaby in tow! The beach was spotless not a bit of rubbish in sight or dog refuse for that matter!! The Haven site was also accessible to the public with its parks & shops. Really enjoyed our family holiday & would definitely return!!

Just returned from a 7 night stay, we usually stay for 3/4 nights & don't have a chance to do everything so stayed longer this time, third year on the bounce we've been for Oct half term & just booked to go back for 3 nights next year. Great activities for the kids, fabulous nightly entertainment both for kids & adults alike, 5 mins walk to the beach (depending where you are on the park) we walked to Filey Brigg almost everyday with the dog. Love this place

Just returned from a 4 night break in a platinum caravan (razorbill 5). Very well equipped, lovely and warm all the time, amazing shower, sea view. My toddler loved playing out on the decking! We had such a good time we want to book again for next year already. Only thing we came across that was a slight let-down was the pool temperature, my children were shivering and didn't want to be in the water, so personally feel it could do with being a little warmer. That said, we look forward to coming back again!

very friendly staff . clean park . lovely greenery surroundings that the caravans are situated . just wished we'd spent another week there

User

Had a great stay in a private hire van which was absolutely superb.Only niggle was the price of the passes for the 3 nights there just shy of £70 for 2 adults nd 2 kids which only got you into the pools and clubhouse, could be a bit cheaper especially if you've got a larger family.

Stayed here for 5 days 25th June to 29th June my 3 children had a lovely time we private rented which was great no problems. I wasnt very pleased going into the show the place stank of which we couldnt handle the smell so we had to go out and didnt go back in all week!!!! Which was a shame because our passes cost us enough! Funfair staff were canny. Booked my kids on the climbing wall and mini adventure too HALF AN HOUR to get the gear on!!!! My daughter climed up the wall a handful of times for a tenner!!!! We did enjoy our stay though lol

User

I’m Not happy after waiting all week for ABBA night just found out it’s cancelled !!! Last minute no explanation no proper reason That’s rubbish !!! My baby Niece ( 7 years old ) has waited all week she even saved her best dress this is very poor and not what I expect from Haven !!

User

Walked in to a caravan that clearly hadn’t been cleaned or had a half hearted clean... floors left wet which caused my 2 year old to slip and split his head open! Took 20minutes to locate the on site medic... and all staff were concerned about was moving us out the way to wait so the other guests checking in didn’t see.
