Such a Good night for my birthday on Friday � Booked a vip booth and was abit worried from reading all the reviews about the staff/bouncers but I can honestly say that all the staff was really good and helpful! Deffo coming again ������
Got to say, I had an amazing Saturday evening!
Started at Jongleurs, then down to Vinyl, the room with the light up dance floor when the night properly started!
When that room closed at the end of the night, went back to the main room to finish my evening.
Had a wicked time and never saw any trouble. Great atmosphere, fantastic DJ's and terrific staff. I'll be coming back over from Stoke on Trent again with some friends very soon!

Did a cocktail masterclass at pryzm and had the best time with the girls! The staff were super friendly and made everyone feel really welcome, had such a good night!! Will definitely be going again! X

First visit on Saturday 31st march, came up for the weekend to celebrate birthday. Loved the place, door staff were polite, chatty and helpful...especially the lady one. Bar staff were good too. Loved all the different levels. Only criticism was some of the folk looked like they had just come out of nappies! I would visit again.

Booth in tiki bar for 11 of us, used it for a few hours when we arrived and also when we needed a good place to sit!
Spent most of the night in the main room downstairs, completely forgot about the other rooms!
Defo recommend it
It’s wos a good night apart from to many people outside the smoking area and on the stairs to get back in no door man round people pushing to get back in took me 10 mins to get back in to the club they should off been more door man on that night has it wos a busy night for New year
Had my hen night here on Friday night. Did the cocktail making class which was really good we then booked Ann extra booth last minute really good communication and really good night
My only downfall would be we left the booth to go to the dance floor and upon our return all our drinks had been cleared away including the bottle of vodka and left us with our jug of mixers even removed all our glasses which was mainly full & when we asked the 2 hostess didn't care at all and told us not to leave the booth completely empty!

Got a booth Friday ordered two bottles of champagne al was fine till a lad entered our booth and spilt our bottle everywhere I had a word with manage and he offered a complementary bottle which was lovely although 10 minthes agter it arrived a lad lent over the booth and took the bottle in which I had to go get it back! Not a great experience but management was lovely when sorting me
Decent club, shame the drinks are so expensive. Security are also a joke, can't stop people launching bottles and cups around, or stop people from smoking inside.
Your bouncers need to learn manners and people skills! They have no clue how to treat customers , a show finished and he decided to single out me and my friend who was going to leave in the next 2 mins anyway, but we was looking for our 3rd friend , he wanted to get extra security as we was not leaving straight away ( bearing in mind 2/3 of the room was still full he could of told others to kindly leave the hall whilst we found our friend )but just followed us around , when I asked for his name and to view his badge he declined .... think he knew he was wrong . All over nothing! Would not recommend this place to no one . Will make a formal complaint as people like him give Nottingham doormen bad names . Other people had problem with door staff that night but I cannot talk for them
What on earth has happened since this place has been changed from oceana to pryzm!? There's No more dress code, it's just Full of kids running around in trainers. I used to enjoy coming here and being surrounded by mature people... Now it's like an under 18s night except they can have alcohol. Massively disappointed, highly doubt il ever come back.
Up until my previous night, I've had a great time at Pryzm, travelling most weekends to Nottingham just to go here but after my recent experience I will not be going again. We had a booth booked for 9 people on Friday 17th November, (thankfully discounted because paying full price for the service we received on Friday would have been even more appalling). We had to wait over an hour to get out booth in the first place due to the main floor being used up, despite the club opening at 10. We finally get our booth and a few hours in, our friend gets kicked out without reasoning. I ask one staff member about it, being extremely reasonable yet I'm escorted to a bouncer, this next bouncer forwards me to the door bouncer who searches bags an he then sent me to the front desk, then finally I'm sent to ankther security member outside in which I'm rudely interrupted by a female security member who wanted to think I was talking complete jibberish! This same situation repeated when I got back with no explanation as to why my feist friend was kicked out, to find out my second friend had been kicked out for "throwing up" which was completely nonsense. You can check cctv and see him in the booth, after being sent to dl several staff yet again to sort this issue out th dey refused to believe me yet again, all staff mambers having disgusting attitudes. I asked a final member, presumably a higher staff member why my friends weren't allowed in,to be hit with attitude and "if they've been kicked out, they are not coming back in". She refused to give any sort of condolence or help after I mentioned I had no idea where they had gone and I'm beyond appalled by this disgusting behaviour and organisation of the whole night. All 9 of us will not be spending a drop of money or visiting this club again, I advise nobody to ever bother with this joke of a club, unless they want an awful night or to be treated like dirt.
Really disappointed! The girl behind the bar (cheese room) was bloody awful! & and a miserable cow. Was not doing her job and too busy talking to other staff and blokes.. you had to go to her to get your drinks even though she had already acknowledge you standing there. When she gave you the drinks she would slam it down and give the odd dirty look. Oh and another thing she was to busy munching what ever she was eating while serving drinks which I think is really unhygenic or unprofessional. The bouncer also snatched my ID (aggressively) from my hand nearly cutting my finger. I know they are doing there job but there really is no need to be like that.
Racism at its peak in this club. The staff are rude, and so are the bouncers. The manager is also a bully. There needs to be some sorting out of the staff in this club. Its one of the most vile and dosgusting clubs in England let alone Nottingham.
Paid £225 for a booth for my 21st birthday, for me to tell a bouncer that a lad kept starting
On my friend, it was ignored, the same person then kicked my friend in the back of the head and he ended up in the medical room. Then we all got kicked out for apparently starting on this lad who was still on the premise at the time. Thankyou pryzm you've ruined my birthday and we will never be using you again! Absolutely disgraceful!
Last night I had a table at prysm, all my friends entered the club and it was just the 2 Of is remaining outside in the queue and we had an empty bottle in our hand, so the bouncers threw me and my friend of the club, even though we told them that the bottle is empty, they were not ready to listen to us, they started abusing me and my friend and started pushing us.
Then when my friend came out to see what’s wrong , he just came to us and they kicked him off too, out of nowhere, the behaviour of the bouncer was absolutely disgusting, I hope the prysm team takes an action against what has happened last night.

I’m sorry but your bouncers are a joke cued up to come in last night and we were all having a laugh and a chat in the cue,when we got to the front your bouncer decided he obviously didn’t like the look of us and told us we were being too rowdy � he then proceeded to man Handle one of my friends out the way and refused to give a reasonable explanation of why we couldn’t come in!
To be honest all in all it was absolute joke and he obviously needed to earn some of his wage for the night
