A recent US study showed that there was an 88% reduction in the risk of drowning for kids between the ages of 1 and 4 who had taken swimming lessons. Our classes offer children the chance to learn the importance of water safety, including personal survival. These are invaluable skills to develop at such a young age and will instil a confidence and respect for the water that will last a lifetime. We've been swimming with Puddleducks for over 3 years. My daughter loves her lessons and is so confident in the water. I'd recommend Puddleducks every time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first session today. Really impressed with our instructor and surrounded by nice, welcoming parents. Can't wait for next week.

We started puddleducks in boston when my little boy was 5 weeks old he is now 7 months. He loves his swimming lesson and his teacher hilary! When we go swimming as a family people watch how he splashes and kicks in the water and comment how good and happy he is in the water! We have just finished in floaters and look forward to go into splashers in september!

We have just started our lessons and are thoroughly enjoying them! Our instructor is lovely, great with the kids and so supportive of a mummy who is not very confident in water herself! With the help of Puddle Ducks I'm sure my daughter will grow up to be much better in water than I am!

Super classes! My son & daughter love their lesson & are confident in the water

So impressed with Puddle Ducks! We have nearly finished our first term in Floaties, starting when Ruby was just 10 weeks! All the lessons have been brilliant and our teacher Heather is fabulous! Just enrolled onto the next term for the Splashers class!!

Puddle Ducks is incredible. Nick is the teacher for my little girl Luna-May & I cannot fault him! Luna-May has grown with confidence so much, I’ve been taking her since she was 3/4 months old. She adores Nick because he’s brilliant with the children. The classes are made fun & the half an hour goes far too fast! Luna-May is 11 months old and loves going to her lessons more than anything, she can’t wait to get in the water & isn’t too keen to get out. The skills that nick is teaching her are invaluable. Thank you for being such an amazing teacher and helping my Luna-May progress, we shall be coming until she reaches the age that she has to stop!

Our son has been to puddle ducks lessons since he was 3 weeks old, he is now 17 months and a proper water baby! He loves to splash, he doesn't mind water on his face which makes washing his hair so easy, and loves being dunked!



Someone once said to me "Baby swimming lessons are a waste of money, it's just nursery rhymes in water". I completely disagree, the instructors always tell you exactly why you're doing each activity and what it is teaching your baby, it helps your confidence handling your baby in water and is another great bonding experience. It helps your baby physically develop their muscles and balance skills as well as develops them mentally with their perception of water and attention to adults that aren't their parents. Cannot recommend these lessons highly enough. 5*

My little boy started at 6 weeks old and now five months and he loves his puddle duck lessons!

My daughter started 4 weeks ago and was so scared of being in the water without clinging on for dear life and I didn't think anyone could get her over this. Well today 4 weeks on and she's swam about a metre alone and jumping in everything. So different in just 4 weeks. If anyone needs swimming lessons I couldn't recommend these guys enough

Loved our first session at puddle ducks today! We’ve been to another class locally with a different company and this simply didn’t compare. Puddle ducks were very welcoming and gave clear instructions about the activities and why we are doing them, excellent class, happy Mummy and happy baby. Lottie started puddle ducks in September 2015 and didn't seem to have much confidence so I went in a parent and child class with her, this enabled me to watch her grow with confidence as she had me as her security blanket. Nick was always on hand to build a bond with Lottie so when it came to her 5th birthday in September it was time for her to be independent and swim on her own. Her first session she spent a little while upset but Nick was fantastic and really made her feel at ease! Week 2 in her new class and she was like a different child with bags of confidence. I honestly can't reccomend puddle ducks enough. Lottie has gone from a nervous swimmer that wouldn't even get her hair wet to going underwater to collect little hoops! That's all thanks to the patience and relationships that Nick & Lisa have built with Lottie! I now am a proud mummy of a confident little puddle duck ☺️ Thankyou!!!!! X

I first started with Puddleducks doing the Aquanatal classes at the Urban Hotel with Nick. I was really nervous as I wasn't confident in the water at all, but Nick understood and it was brilliant. Also, it meant I got to meet other Mummies-to-be, and I am pleased to say that we are still great friends today! When our son was born, I was desperate to get him into Puddleducks swimming classes as soon as possible- because I couldn't swim, I really wanted him to be confident in the water from a young age. So he's been attending lessons at Belton with Nick ever since, and he absolutely loves it. It's the highlight of our week. I can't believe how much he's achieved and how confident he is in the water. He's starting as a Little Dipper tomorrow, so can't wait to see how he progresses. It's not just about how much fun Billy has at Puddleducks, it's also that both Billy and I are learning life-saving skills every week, which is priceless at the end of the day. Thank you Nick and everyone at Puddleducks, we look forward to the next few years of swimming with you :-)

I can't fault puddleducks, it's such a fantastic organisation. Both my daughters attend lessons and have done since a very young age (6 weeks and 9 weeks!). Not only are the lessons fun and very safety conscious but the teachers are amazing and pools are clean and warm with very good changing facilities. One of my favourite aspects is how flexible they are. All children get poorly or holidays are booked and automatically you can change your lesson to another day so you don't lose out! Absolutely brilliant, even my husband loves taking our eldest and always gets very into the singing!

Great fun, great classes... Always look forward to the next dip :-D x
