Noticing differences in herself already!
A key thing that amy is practiceing is to not step on the scale so often, alot of people weigh themselves too often and that can demotivate when the scale doesn't change, weight loss is not liniar, this means that number will go up and down day to day, stick to weighing yourself every 2-4 weeks

Leanne came to me (along with her fiancรฉ) to get in good shape for her wedding.

Steve came to me (along with his fiancรฉ) to get in good shape for his wedding.
He has made huge improvements in every aspect, tracking his nutrition and ensuring he has been consuming enough protein daily, attending personal training sessions with 100% effort week in week out as well as attending additional classes to increase the calorie deficit.

What can I say about PT trainer Aaron Keightley.. What an amazing experience! I started at pure gym about 4 months ago and wasn't making much progress in my fitness.. I had no confidence within myself what so ever so I signed up for a month PT Training with Aaron and what can I say what a transformation I have a better understanding of food and his gym workouts are outstanding I have a lot more confidence and feel amazing and I can also see my body taking shape now .. So lady and gent's if your looking to make changes to your fitness this is the guy for you

I have just completed the ยฃ25 introductory offer with Aaron and it was deffinately well worth every penny, the help and advice i have recieved from him will stay with my for a lifetime, our training sessions were really good and high intensity as thats what i wanted. I will be continuing my sessions in the near future for sure.

I have been training with AAron for the last couple of months or so. It is time for a quick review. I must admit I was very apprehensive on my first session with Aaron as I had been training with another trainer who has left Pure Gym to spread his wings down London. There was no need for any apprehension - I have found Aaron to be very friendly and professional also got a fantastic knowledge of not only what exercises that are best for you but also about your body mechanics. I do like to know why I am doing the exercises and what they are helping to develop. He has infinite patience when introducing you to a new exercise and insists that the form is perfect before you increase reps or weights. He will push you further than you think you are capable of doing - made me swear more than once!! All in all I would recommend him to anyone young, old, male or female - whatever you fitness goal is I am sure that Aaron will have the answer to your problems.

After losing some weight through dieting, running and HIIT classes at the gym I'd stagnated and needed some direction if I was to carry on improving.



My partner and I have two joint sessions a week with Aaron and he has brought us on leaps and bounds.

As well as tailoring training sessions to focus on parts of my body he had identified as weak points, he also explained the importance of tracking nutrition properly.



In just 3 months I've dropped around 10kg of weight and built up muscle definition in parts of my body which had previously been weak.



The great thing about Aaron is that he does all of this with enthusiasm and a smile on his face. He explains things clearly and keeps you motivated throughout.



If you're looking for a personal trainer, I can't recommend him enough.
