We returned yesterday from a two night stay. It was our second visit and it was wonderful. From the moment we checked in until we checked out everything was perfect. Our Superior twin room was great. The staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful. The facilities and the treatments we received were excellent as was the food! Delicious. We have only one complaint and that is our own fault - we should have booked a longer break. We will be going back pretty soon. Thank you

We have just returned from our one night spa break and have to say it was perfect! From the moment we walked in we both felt so relaxed and comfortable. The hotel has a really cosy feel to it. All the staff were so polite and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for any of them.

The rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious and had a lovely view of the countryside. I'm 30 weeks pregnant and normally struggle to get comfortable to fall asleep but I don't even remember falling asleep once my head hit the pillow - I felt amazing when I woke up!

The spa facilities are brilliant! - and always plenty of fresh towels and water available too. We both had a lovely massage and felt very at ease with the therapists. The hotel and grounds are very clean and very well managed and I'm so glad I booked this!

A massive thank you to everyone at Ragdale Hall for an amazing first stay, it definitely won't be the last!

This visit was to celebrate my friends 50th birthday. Had a wonderful relaxing time. My reflexology session with Adrian was fabulous and he was so spot on with what he told me. I shall definitely have another session next time I’m at Ragdale. I also had a super pedicure with Janina. Left feeling relaxed and refreshed after a wonderful stay.

Ragdale Hall is amazing and the perfect retreat. The staff are exceptional and on hand at all times. The roooms are beautiful, clean, well kept and comfortable. All of the food is excellent (lunch is always my favourite). The gym and fitness facilities are great and they offer a wide range of classes to suit everyone. The spa is the best I have visited in the UK and offers a perfect array of relaxing rooms, loungers, a variety of warm, hot and steam rooms, sauna, many lovely pools, a warm roof top infinity pool with beautiful views and my favourite, the candle pool! ūüėö

My sister & I visit twice a year & have seen so many upgrades & refurbishments over the years to keep Ragdale Hall at the top of the game. No other Spa compares - it is simply magical here; the attitude & friendliness of every member of staff is the biggest contribution to the whole wonderful experience.

My friend and I visited Ragdale Hall Spa for the very first time from 06/04/2018 through to 08/04/2018, we absolutely loved it, nothing was too much trouble from the time we arrived until the time we departed. The facilities at Ragdale Hall was 2nd to none. The staff were all very friendly, polite and the therapists we had for our treatments were brilliant, certainly knew their stuff. The food/dining areas were very impressive too.



Another plus for us was whatever we required e.g. a new bathrobe, extra towels, drinks in the room, they were delivered in record time, amazing customer service.



There was nothing about our visit that we wasn’t impressed with and will definitely be re-booking soon.



I almost forgot to say, we stayed in the Lodge which was spacious, nicely decorated and clean, we were even served breakfast in the room on both mornings.



My friend and I were so impressed from start to finish that we have both put our names on the waiting list to become members!

My Mum and I have just returned from our 16th annual visit to Ragdale and it just keeps getting better and better. The service is second to none from the greeting at reception, restaurant staff, treatment staff and everyone else associated with running the spa. The food is fantastic and the standard of treatments is better (in my experience ) than you get in very high class London spa venues. It is so wonderful to see how the owners continually put money back into the business to improve what is already a first class experience. Well done Ragdale!

Just returned from our stay at Ragdale Hall . From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly and professional polite staff and this carried on throughout our stay . We stayed in a superior room which was very comfortable and couldn’t fault . The food during our stay was five star quality and would thoroughly reccomend . The only down side was we had to leave . Thank you so much to all the staff for all you do to make everyone feel special . Oh and the roof top infinity pool heaven especially at night .

I’ve been to Ragdale many times before, but my most recent visit was lovely as always. I had the best back massage and facial by Nikki F that I’ve ever had before. The new roof top pool area is great too. Definitely the best spa to relax and catch up with friends. Thank you :)

I've never had a spa day before and I went with my sister yesterday. It was everything i'd imagined it would/could be. The staff who did the treatments we had and the classes we attended were highly trained and experienced professionals and everyone who worked there was lovely to us. The atmosphere was perfect and the food great - lovely for a lady fresh out of the mountains who felt a little nervous at the start! Thank you very much.

Gorgeous afternoon by the outdoor pool , new white sun loungers with fluffy white towels followed by rose and pistachio cake and tea in the verandah bar, perfect day.

From the moment we arrived on our two night luxury break, we knew it was going to be something special. All of the staff are super-polite and helpful, the superior plus room was lovely and the view across the garden to rolling fields amazing. The food was delicious and catered for all tastes, diets and appetites. And the treatments were great - my skin feels so soft! The facilities were exceptional - love the Candle and Rooftop Infinity Pools! We’ll definitely be back...sooner rather than later.

Excellent as always, 1st time I had come for the luxury twilight as normally go in the day. Treatment was lovely felt so relaxed, food was delicious, staff are excellent. Sat in the gardens as was such a lovely evening. Will be definitely doing it again soon. X

I’ve been to lots of spa’s & Ragdale is the best by far.

The staff are friendly helpful & so professional.

The treatments are amazing,rooms very comfortable and clean.

The spa areas are out of this world & the new infinity pool is fabulous.

Food is so delicious served by lovely staff.

I come every year from Kent so I guess that says it all.

Absolutely perfect celebration for my 60h birthday from my children. Time with my daughter spent in idyllic setting. The new addition of the rooftop infinity pool was just fabulous. Staff so friendly and helpful and the facial I had was just lovely. Absolutely no pressure to buy products. A truly special time!!

Absolutely fabulous place. Would recommend to all my family and friends.

Staff are so helpful, as I have allergies to certain products and Ragdale catered for that, also had to follow a Fodmap plan for my IBS and they catered for that as well.

It is such a relaxing place, leaving tomorrow, can't wait to rebook again.

Treatment - back massage and facial was best I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend . Had my Nails done too, slightly over priced for a shellac.

Only issue I had was the pool was not warm at all. It was warmer To go outside and the jacuzzi was closed which was a shame . All in all was a good day and will be coming Back.

I’ve been to Ragdale a few times and I love it! From the moment you walk in your looked after and made to feel relaxed. The food is delicious and the new rooftop pool is amazing. The only reason I give it 4* is because my one treatment all day wasn’t particularly good. I was a few minutes late being called for my 40minute facial and it was finished early so it was only more like 30mins. I’m a beautician myself and just felt the facial itself wasn’t very good. The treatments are very pricey and so you expect them to be fabulous. I wasn’t told what products were used or given a prescription after. Otherwise my day was absolutely lovely and I will definitely visit again!
