Visited for the first time yesterday at the request of our children. Very pleasantly surprised. Place is very light and airy, great view from the mezzanine, spotlessly clean, food and drinks reasonably priced in comparison to similar places, toilets smelt fresh and again very clean, lockers that don't require change, friendly staff, got our full hour. Only down side is quite pricey at £9.95 for an hour (more if paying there and then), but there is an after school offer which seems good. value.

My son had his 7th birthday party here on Sunday. From booking his party and leaving at the end of it, both Red Kangaroo head office and Red Kangaroo Nottingham were extremely helpful. Our party host Jade looked after us from check in to the end, and did a fabulous job. Providing jugs of water, supervising/ organising the children and setting up the party room for us to use. Jade really helped the party run smoothly and for that I am extremely grateful :) Great experience, thank you! The children all thoroughly enjoyed themselves - see you all again soon!

My Daughter had her birthday party here on the 15th May 2018.

I have got to say the children loved every minute of it, and so did i.

We decided to party in the uv glow in the dark room and it is fantastic but the one who made the party special was the party host jase.

He is very polite with very good manner's, he set the party room up very nice and neat and even cut the birthday cake up for me with no complaint's.

People like Jase make you feel like you want to come again and he also makes you want to send out positive feedback to others about your trampoline park. He is a credit to your company and thank you for such a good time. (100% returning)

I came to Red Kangaroo on the 5th May for a friends son birthday party. My son had recently had a bad experience at Planet Bounce so I was a bit apprehensive for him to attend.

On arrival he got excited when he saw his cousins. Unfortunately that ended when he had to give up his laptop bag and put the socks on. I tried to convince him for some time with no Joy. The young man at the front desk came over to me and asked if there was a problem. I explained the situation, he was very helpful, caring and his kindness resulted in Teiran given him his laptop bag and putting on his socks.

As we were leaving I collected the lap top bag from the young man and thanked him once again. I asked his name which was Taylor, if only Planet Bounce had staff as thoughtful as Taylor then it would have been equally an enjoyable day as we had at Red Kangaroo.

Held my son’s 7th birthday party here this evening. 20 excited children and couldn’t have been happier with the experience! Going on a Friday evening meant it was far less busy than Sat/Sun, despite two other parties. Children could get onto all of the activities without waiting. Our party hosts Neema and Jace were super attentive and friendly and made the whole thing run smoothly! They obviously enjoy their job and bring a lot of energy to it. The food was good and ready for us on time - they even threw in an extra pizza which was much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Had my son's 8th birthday party here last night, our party host was Anna I think. She was lovely friendly and helpful kids loved the party and the food! I liked that the pizzas came in boxes-kids thought they had a takeaway which made them more excited!!! Out of all the parties iv ever had or done this was the least stressful by far. Kids all playing and I was sat in the designated area in the cafe relaxing!! Brill thank you xxx

My son had his party here today with 12 friends, 1 hour bouncing and then party food in the glow in the dark room. The kids absolutely loved the party room. Our party host sammy was great, she kept the party running smoothly and was very polite. The other staff that were around whilst we were bouncing were all friendly. The only thing that i could grumble aboit was that it was boiling hot and no air con or fans. But apart from that, brilliant place to host a party �

Only 3 out of 5 stars I'm afraid. It's a shame because the trampolines are fab and the staff are really friendly and helpful.. but one star lost for the air-con not being switched on, despite it being 25 degrees outside and feeling like a sauna inside. The second star lost for no disabled access to the upstairs cafe and party rooms, and so If you're in a wheelchair you won't have access to refreshments and if you're allocated a party room upstairs you won't be able to participate unless they're able to swop rooms. Why isn't there a lift?

I have to leave a 1 star. Previous visits easily a 5. Me and my little boy returned last week and the air con was broken but no one was made aware!! It wasn’t until after I’d paid did I realise. My 5 year old lasted 10 minutes and I couldn’t even be bothered it was so hot. I asked at reception on departing and was advised to contact head office only to very rudely be told “no trampoline parks have air con and the weather isn’t predictable!” They do have air con like many others it was just broken so why I was emailed this response I do not know. They even had staff apologising and handing out water, seems head office have little knowledge on the company that they actually work for?! The point is I’ve been here several times and loved it but down to the rudeness of head office on this occasion (not staff at the park they were lovely) I won’t be returning and I’ll let everyone I know to never attend in the summer months. Oh and about 5 other people left early too because of this and the park was empty. It’s not about money it’s principle, the fact that I didn’t get my money back for a service I did not receive has now lost you one and probably many more loyal customers. Rude rude rude! Go to jump giants they’re fab!! �
