We visited on a Groupon deal. Ryan greeted us at reception and was very friendly. A few things in the Spa area were out of order but didn’t really spoil our experience. My therapist Emma was great and my massage and facial were very relaxing. Lunch was more of an afternoon tea but with fresh fruit instaed of all the cakes. The scones were fresh and very good too. All in all a relaxing day.

We came on a groupon deal which was a Mothers day gift.

The staff are very polite, helpful and friendly.

We had treatments booked..I had a facial and a manicure..both were very good..the girls were very proffessional and it was a real treat.

Lunch was nice..dietary requirements observed.

We used the pool, the sauna, hot tub, steam room..and chilled on the comfy sunbeds.

It was a lovely day...and came home relaxed and refreshed.

Me and my friend had a lovely day here . The staff were great, very friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The Lunch was very nice and presented beautifully. I had a massage and facial done by Jessica and it was amazing. I highly recommend this place, it was a great day out!

This place is defiantly worth a visit.

The light lunch was fab. The staff asked if you have any dietary requirements or you want something specific for your lunch sandwiches which they were more than happy to accommodate.

Went on a voucher. Treatments were good but didn't last the full hour, as they were running late and still finished 5 mins early which was disappointing. Relaxing area was a bit noisy as a child in the pool. Pool area 1.4 deep not good if you can't swim. I couldn't stand up in it. Attentive guy on the desk though. All in all good.

Slight disappointment to find out had to hire robes and this wasnt mentioned when booked. Luckily i had mine but friend didnt. We had never been before and found we had to ask the questions where to go and what do we do when its time for lunch, would of been nice if there was another person on hand to help as the guy was answering phone, making drinks and getting people to complete the forms on arriving. Pool/jacuzzi and steam room area very pleasant and not to busy you couldn't use the facility. Felt very comfortable in pool area and when we went upstairs for lunch nice and relaxing. Treatments nice however didnt last the half hour per treatment which it's meant to. If you wanted extra treatments is was £25 for 25mins which I thought quite steep. As another review mentioned young kids then started to come in later and was in the jacuzzi and pool so it was definitely time to leave. Overall very nice and would recommend.

we enjoyed our experience apart from the fact we had to pay for the bath robes which were not a very nice material and we also had to eat in the reception area where the general public go in and out.. I would have preferred a separate section to eat as I felt quite exposed in my swimming costume. As the robes aren't really generous in size so didn't cover up alot x

Lovely staff who work hard and provide a lovely place but High time showers and ice cold ladies changing rooms were sorted

Lovely relaxing day with my husband spa was lovely lunch was nice and enjoyed the gym only disappointing part was they didn’t include gowns we would have had to pay for them as it was a buy a gift voucher they said it’s not included! I think it should be I’ve never been to a spa where they don’t include them and £5 each is a rip off!! Otherwise lovely day

Had a very nice gluten free lunch, workout in the gym, pool and saunas, relaxing massage. Friendly staff...thank you x

Had a lovely day yesterday with my mum. We go to a spa every year .this was our 1st time here. Very lovely welcome friendly staff.explained everything we needed to know.The only disappointment was the jacuzzi was broken and the I didn't find it as relaxing as I'd of liked due to children Messing about in the pool. I did the expect to see children in the spa but as it's part of the hotel and open to members this is something to consider before going. Overall really enjoyed it and would recommend it x

Went with my friend using a voucher from Groupon, staff were friendly. Not thrilled about having to pay £10 for 2 robes. Not a lot of information offered by staff, we were milling around blindly trying to find where to go etc. Ordered 2 bowls of chips at £7 as the provided lunch was minimalist, we had to wait over 30 minutes for chips to arrive which we then choked down as we had treatments booked. The treatments were fine but nothing fancy and as a avid Elemis product user I was concerned that the products being used during my mini facial didn't smell like Elemis, didn't leave my skin as soft as I would expect and one product was actually uncomfortable on my face even though I use this at home??????? We had a nice enough day but won't be rushing back.

Was very nice and clean. Only down side was, we went specifically for the hot tub and unfortunately it wasn't working. So we sat in a Luke warm tub for half hour before getting back out.£7.50 is a good price for the facilities if it was all in working order. Saying that, I will definitely go back and hope the hot tub is back up and running. X

Visited last week with a groupon, staff all very friendly lovely lunch, disappointing spa area small pool only 3 sunloungers afew chairs and a sofa with well used cushions cramped in a small seating area, would have been nice to have been shown what all the ice was about, had 2 treatments facial and manicure afraid to say the manicure looked awful and took it off as soon as got home, we have another booked for May but not going to be looking forward to it unfortunately.
