Wow! I’m totally in love with my new hair extensions. I was lucky enough to be the first to have the new method applied by Hannah almost 4 weeks ago & I’m so happy with the results. They have given me so much volume & also made me feel more confident. I’ve not been blessed with the best ears � & they really do help conceal them poking out. The extensions (weft) are comfortable, easy to style & I’m only having to wash my hair twice a week!! I used to on a daily basis...having extensions means the style holds really well & because of this I’ve been able to do so much more with my hair. The colour match was perfect & they have been carefully applied that you wouldn’t even know it’s not my own hair. Always welcomed with a friendly service & a glass of prosecco �The atmosphere is fun & all the staff make you feel at home. Thank you Vivid, look forward to seeing you all for my maintenance apt...lots of love �xxx

Where do I start - I had extensions for the first time in my life but was also advised to change my colour slightly - which was a big deal for me - I put my trust in Hannah and the end result was well worth it. I absolutely love my extensions and the overall look. They were fitted effortlessly and perfectly. I have had so many comments on how natural and beautiful they look and I have to agree. I’m loving my hair now for the first time in many years and will definitely be going back when they need re-doing. Thank you Hannah and vivid -you’ve made me very happy �

Vivid literally transformed my hair. I had a very dull dark brown hair... I’ve now literally been transformed to an amazing ombré. I love my new hair so much and can not wait to show it off.

Having had my first set in for 8 weeks, I can honestly say I wish I'd done it years ago. Jason and the team have completely transformed not just my hair, but my confidence too. Have just been in for my first maintenance appointment and was made to feel just as special as the day I had them fitted. Walking into Vivid is an experience - not an appointment. I can't wait to come back in again. I may just pop in for a drink now I feel a part of #TEAMVIVID ha ha!! Keep up the great work guys, it takes special people to work the hours you guys do and transform people putting as much effort into every single treatment as the last one - even at 9pm at night! Vivid are the only place I would trust to fit my extensions, I've had three sets of micro rings and they have lasted well and after removal, my hair has always been healthy and grown so much. The atmosphere in Vivid is always Friendly and fun; like no other salon, I've been to. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!!

Last night I had my hair coloured from Nicole.

Although they were running massively behind with their appointments for the day they all still delivered outstanding service to me and everyone who was in there.

Hannah and her team truly value their customers and that was shown through the prosecco they gave and the discount they offered. Ive visited Vivid three times now and after going to a competitor for three years in those three visits I've already had such outstanding service than I ever did receive from the other place.

I’ve been seeing Hannah for my locks way before Vivid even existed! After seeing a post on Facebook recommending her work I’d never trust anyone else to look after my hair, even when she tells me how much of a wimp I am come take out time!!



I trust Hannah’s judgement and she has such a wonderful team behind her who made me look and feel like a total princess on my wedding day this year.

I was very nervous to get my hair done here as I'd been at my previous hairdressers for 6/7 years. As the reviews were so good I booked in for a consultation.



After having a lovely chat with one of the stylists we agreed on a root blend and balayage and I booked in for a few weeks time.



I turned up and felt welcome, there was a lovely vibe in the salon and I felt listened to at every step. As my hair was copper they rightfully informed me I wouldn't be super blonde first time round which I knew but still Jemma sorted my awful roots out and my hair is nice dark blonde.



My hair was cut dry which is ideal for me as I have curly hair. They advised how much to cut off as I didn't want my hair to spring up to my ears and they were spot on.



I went from having grown out, weird length hair, to a lovely even balayage with a lush even hair cut that is good both curly and straight!



Everyone was really knowledgeable and put me at ease and also Terry is the cutest pupper so it's lovely to have puppy cuddles in the chair! This salon is great and if I ever want crazy colours again I know they'll deliver as much as they have done as soft lovely blend. ��� super duper happy customer!

I was introduced to vivid 4 years ago when hannah worked from home, she was as highly rated and amazing then as she is now.

I've always had short pixie hair and never had the patience to grow my hair. She worked with me to grow it to a length that I could have extensions put in, I loved them.



Over the years I have switched from long extensions, short hair, tape with a nice long bob and back to long hair.

I'd recommend tape to everyone!!



I love going into vivid shop, having a laugh, drink prosecco and chatting away to everyone. The staff are so welcoming!

I booked in for a removal of the previous extensions and with reassurance from Nicole, I booked in for colour and new extensions. Nicole did a fab job, since then I've been on holiday and they're still in great condition! I look forward to returning next week for maintenance! xx

I had my extensions done with Jason for the second time last week, unfortunately one came out quiet quickly. I messaged them on Instagram and got an immediate response, not only did Jason fit me in the following day to put my extension back in but he also tightened them all and curled my hair just in time for the weekend. He curls and styles my hair hair better than anyone, they are literally the best � cannot recommend them more for great service and fabulous hair !

Having decided to have hair extensions again, I scoured the net and the name that kept coming up was "vivid".. so i took the plunge had the consultation and made the appointment. I was in their yesterday and can honestly say the atmosphere and vibe in Vivid and all the staff was relaxing chilled and great.. thoroughly enjoyed the experience and can honestly say I am loving my hair extensions, so huge thank you to HANNAH and her team for their 5 * customer service... top girls in a top salon :-) x

Their pictures look amazing but I had a really bad experience. First, they cancelled my appointment due to lack of staff and I was rescheduled after their prices increased as they had no availability before. They did not honour the price I SHOULD have paid so I was £50 out of pocket because of their poor management of appointments.



Then the inspiration pictures I showed were not really taken into account - I asked for a balayage look and was given two shades of brown that nobody could tell apart and told it was the same as my pic when it clearly wasn’t.



Then my hair was aggressively thinned with a razor to blend the extensions - the stylists and Extensonist I’ve been to since were horrified by this as it’s the extensions that should be blended into the hair, not vice versa. When they were removed, my hair was weak from the razoring and all different lengths and looked awful. I had to go elsewhere and have extensions reapplied straight away to hide it, when I was clear with Vivid that I was trying to grow my hair a few inches to below my bra strap (my hair was already long) and only wanted extensions in to provide a bit of extra length while I did this. I had great hair to start with, and they left it a total mess that took me years to grow back and return to the way it was before they touched it. It was a truly awful experience �

Not long had my extensions in and went my for my treatment yesterday. Took my hair from black home box died to a stunning lighter colour. Amazing work from amazing staff�� can’t thank Nicole enough for the colour and Jason for the extensions xx

Last night I had my hair coloured from Nicole.

Although they were running massively behind with their appointments for the day they all still delivered outstanding service to me and everyone who was in there.

Hannah and her team truly value their customers and that was shown through the prosecco they gave and the discount they offered. Ive visited Vivid three times now and after going to a competitor for three years in those three visits I've already had such outstanding service than I ever did receive from the other place.

I’ve been seeing Hannah for my locks way before Vivid even existed! After seeing a post on Facebook recommending her work I’d never trust anyone else to look after my hair, even when she tells me how much of a wimp I am come take out time!!



I trust Hannah’s judgement and she has such a wonderful team behind her who made me look and feel like a total princess on my wedding day this year.

I was very nervous to get my hair done here as I'd been at my previous hairdressers for 6/7 years. As the reviews were so good I booked in for a consultation.



After having a lovely chat with one of the stylists we agreed on a root blend and balayage and I booked in for a few weeks time.



I turned up and felt welcome, there was a lovely vibe in the salon and I felt listened to at every step. As my hair was copper they rightfully informed me I wouldn't be super blonde first time round which I knew but still Jemma sorted my awful roots out and my hair is nice dark blonde.



My hair was cut dry which is ideal for me as I have curly hair. They advised how much to cut off as I didn't want my hair to spring up to my ears and they were spot on.



I went from having grown out, weird length hair, to a lovely even balayage with a lush even hair cut that is good both curly and straight!



Everyone was really knowledgeable and put me at ease and also Terry is the cutest pupper so it's lovely to have puppy cuddles in the chair! This salon is great and if I ever want crazy colours again I know they'll deliver as much as they have done as soft lovely blend. ��� super duper happy customer!

I was introduced to vivid 4 years ago when hannah worked from home, she was as highly rated and amazing then as she is now.

I've always had short pixie hair and never had the patience to grow my hair. She worked with me to grow it to a length that I could have extensions put in, I loved them.



Over the years I have switched from long extensions, short hair, tape with a nice long bob and back to long hair.

I'd recommend tape to everyone!!



I love going into vivid shop, having a laugh, drink prosecco and chatting away to everyone. The staff are so welcoming!

I previously had hair extensions put in at another salon, however I was not happy with the result and searched for somewhere else. I came across Vivid on Instagram and fell in love with their photos! I booked in for a removal of the previous extensions and with reassurance from Nicole, I booked in for colour and new extensions. Nicole was brilliant she went over and beyond to make sure the colour match was on point. I was very happy with how the extensions looked and felt. Nicole did a fab job, since then I've been on holiday and they're still in great condition! I look forward to returning next week for maintenance! xx

I have been a vivid fan for so long,for many years to be exact..i started having hannah mobile when she first came here..her work and dedication was second to none,then visited her homes,and then watched her business develop to the shop and team she has.

There always on hand to help,and will try there best to achieve your rididculous requests,such as blonde to brown.

When you leave the salon your hair looks and feels amazing..i have tried all types of there extensions and i would recommend them to all���

I had my extensions done with Jason for the second time last week, unfortunately one came out quiet quickly. I messaged them on Instagram and got an immediate response, not only did Jason fit me in the following day to put my extension back in but he also tightened them all and curled my hair just in time for the weekend. He curls and styles my hair hair better than anyone, they are literally the best � cannot recommend them more for great service and fabulous hair !

Having decided to have hair extensions again, I scoured the net and the name that kept coming up was "vivid".. so i took the plunge had the consultation and made the appointment. I was in their yesterday and can honestly say the atmosphere and vibe in Vivid and all the staff was relaxing chilled and great.. thoroughly enjoyed the experience and can honestly say I am loving my hair extensions, so huge thank you to HANNAH and her team for their 5 * customer service... top girls in a top salon :-) x

3 years of fab hair, from bayalage to blonde from blonde to peach from peach to brown, from short to long and short to long! You've done it all for me! I feel so at home the moment I step into the salon! Thank you for always making me feel special cared for and beautiful! Hannah and Jason you work wonders on a daily basis! 💜 Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Their pictures look amazing but I had a really bad experience. First, they cancelled my appointment due to lack of staff and I was rescheduled after their prices increased as they had no availability before. They did not honour the price I SHOULD have paid so I was £50 out of pocket because of their poor management of appointments.



Then the inspiration pictures I showed were not really taken into account - I asked for a balayage look and was given two shades of brown that nobody could tell apart and told it was the same as my pic when it clearly wasn’t.



Then my hair was aggressively thinned with a razor to blend the extensions - the stylists and Extensonist I’ve been to since were horrified by this as it’s the extensions that should be blended into the hair, not vice versa. When they were removed, my hair was weak from the razoring and all different lengths and looked awful. I had to go elsewhere and have extensions reapplied straight away to hide it, when I was clear with Vivid that I was trying to grow my hair a few inches to below my bra strap (my hair was already long) and only wanted extensions in to provide a bit of extra length while I did this. I had great hair to start with, and they left it a total mess that took me years to grow back and return to the way it was before they touched it. It was a truly awful experience �
