Well considering the conditions these cattle have had all summer, constant drought, and unbearable heat to deal with I think these cattle have done me proud, yes they’ve had silage, heifer calves twice a day feeding in creep, no ad-lib. I think this Ampertaine Forman heifer has done her calf remarkably well! Just goes to show how versatile and resilient the British Limousin breed is and how they can adapt to any climate thrown at them.

First Tweedale Lennox calf born yesterday afternoon, unassisted, out of a Rocky bred cow, Rempstone Finesse, very pleased with him, up and sucking straight away. 👏🏻👍🏻

Easter’s arrival yesterday, born unassisted sired by Wilodge Fastrac using female sexed semen, resulting in another full sister to Rempstone Ladyempress and Rempstone Ness.

This mornings arrival... Rempstone Ladyempress is now a proud mum to a bull calf by Beaconsfield Legend.
