We are a group of females that visited this place last night, never been here before but was very very impressed.... the doormen were lovely, polite and respectable... the bartenders all polite and we were served quickly and the prices are great as well. The music was ace and the crowd was lovely as it was a nice mixture... the music was ace. Thank you for an amazing night we will definitely be back soon ��� xxxxxxx

I was a bit worried as we are not from Nottingham but This was the best place I could have picked for my birthday party. Staff really looked after us, drinks were amazing, music was great and food really tasty! Thank you so much we will definitely visit soon! Xx

Went yesterday with 2 friends ... shocking ! No rose wine ... waited ages for food ... they cleared my plate away while still eating ... then came back and took my friends plate “still eating” .... bread didn’t come with the tapas ... couldn’t understand the waitress! Music way too loud for 2pm .... couldn’t hear ourselves talk !!! I’m done !!!

Visited yesterday with a group of friends. Booked a table after receiving an email to say if I booked they would give us a free cocktail. On booking I was told that we would get a free cocktail each for up to 6 people. At no point was I asked to keep the email. We arrived at 3.45 for a 4 pm booking which was on a very cramped table. Before ordering we went and booked a booth for upstairs and was told we could have one but only til 9 pm as they were booked after that which we agreed to. We ordered food and asked about he free cocktails. We were told it was only one cocktail per group which we were definitely not told when booking. We accepted this as I hadn’t kept the email . Neither were we told there was only a choice of 2 cocktails . We are our food and paid the food bill. We made our way upstairs and was showed to our table by a member of staff. After 5 mins of being there we were asked to move by a rather rude gentleman staff member who said they needed the table for another booking. We explained we had booked it til 9 pm but we were told we had to move as we were unlikely to spend the same kind of money as the other group that has needed it �. We were very annoyed at this he directed us to a room in the Havana room which was extremely quiet and killed the mood of our party straight away. We asked to see the manager who came and explained a hen party had booked 2 booths from 9 - 9.30 but had turned up 3 HOURS early hence why we had been moved. When I suggested he should have told them that they couldn’t have the booths til the time they had booked he completely ignored me and offered a refund for a drink. His attitude was not the best. It makes me wonder if someone turned ip3 hours early for a food table would you remove the people sitting there mid meal to accommodate someone you thought was going to spend more money! At 7.45 when going past the main room to the wc o popped my head onand saw that both booths were empty and the hen party had stayed approximately 1 1/2 hours and had left almost 2 hours before their booths were originally booked!! Poorly hardly by staff and has put us off coming again . We come regularly as a group of between 6 and 12 women and spend well over the £200 you clearly need to spend to get decent service but won’t bother again !!
