A win 10 fix is being rolled out, hopefully no more data loss after the update.
There are more stories appearing about your "right to repair" your own electronic devices. Sadly companies, in this particular example Apple, are trying to stop anyone from fixing there own phone.
If you were to replace the glass screen on your iPhone, Apple are suing people saying they are counterfeiting the screen, when they are refurbishing it.
