Superb service from the little lady who looks Louise Redknapp. In all seriousness, a great venue with great staff!

My husband and I went on 16-1-16 , we originally went to another place to watch patriots vs chiefs nfl game and it was crap , I was ready to call it a night and my husband convinced me to try this place out. I'm glad he did , I was able to enjoy the game with out the load annoying drunk people of Saturday night life and the staff was super friendly can't wait to go again. I have found my new fav spot in Lincoln.

Ideal place to relax and have a drink after work. The new menu also tastes great!

I love it here, come quite regularly. The food is fantastic and the girl who has served us most times is lovely - there is one guy who sometimes isn't as friendly but we all have off days!

An excellent place to unwind and have a beer and a game of pool. Also great for sport.

The manager is a very pleasant and friendly bloke as well. Staff very welcoming .

I will return on a regular basis. Recommended.

First time for many years I've been but became a member last evening and be going more often. Great night and staff very helpful.

Usually really enjoy it here and the staff are usually great... however I came here last night and the guy who was serving was very rude and wouldn't allow me to get food � shocked & upset

I'd never been before yesterday and had a good time, but one of the members of staff was really rude

What a joke booked tickets online to watch a fight and the way they put the seats was impossible to see the screen all you could see is the back of someone's head so when moved the seat slightly so I could see got told I wasn't allowed so when I asked for a refund as don't wanna pay £20 to see the back of someone's head I got told aggressively that I will not get a refund what a joke

The staff are very rude and obnoxious and the equipment is terrible, when asking for a new cue because the initial one was unusable I was told 'what am I a pool connoisseur'. Hygiene is not very all over the venue.

Not impressed but at least I got a free drink for joining
