Honestly the best chicken shop in town ! I always order from here my food gets dilvered hot and tastes lush every time! Never had a problem with Rios. They also Amazing milkshakes😍and have great customer service definitely recommended!

Worldly dishes, just right for a quick bite to eat. I travel from Leicester to Northampton every so often and don’t eat anywhere else. Just sort the clearing up of trays/tables during busy periods and the lock on the loo.

Annoying that you have to spend £15 to get it delivered. That's quite difficult when there's only 2 of you only wanting Chicken& Rice. End up with tones of other stuff that then goes to waste! Apart from that would highly recommend!!

At first food was amazing i have had many of their burgers and recommended them to friends and family . sadly the last few times i have had their meals the bun is soggy and fulls apart soon as you pick it up. Chicken is dry and the chips even with the tiny amount of salt they put on have no flavor. :( hopefully get better soon

we just got out door after 2 hour wai £30 pound worth wen found after hour to check where it was and they sed they were short staffed so we asked when food comes will be it be fresh and the manager sed yes . well we just Got our food all cold and my partes pitta bread is like bread in water we order from there Atleast twice a week and manager couldint even apologise am so angry with them and we won't be ordering from yourselves you so rude and it's not on . you wouldint wait 2 hours and eat cold soggy food now would you ?

Wouldn’t even give a 1 star! Ordered and was told within the hour, over 2 hours later still waiting! Ring and get told the driver is a few minutes away... 30 minutes later still no order so called back to be told it’s on it’s way and offered a 4 pound discount! Pathetic! Will not be ordering ever again.

They are cheating scoundrels, they have put their prices up from a meal being £5.99 to now £8.79!!!! Also you can’t order online to get 10% of your order because their website keeps saying ‘do not deliver in your area’ You are going to lose your customers because of your greed!

My partner went here today and got us the piri piri family meal with extra wings (he likes his chicken)

When he got home the extra wings were not in the bag despite him asking them in the shop if they had put them in and they said yes. He called to tell them that the wings were missing the person on the end of the phone was pretty patronising told him they were there and argued with my partner telling him he was wrong, he even went as far as making my partner tell him bag by bag what was in them and making him count the pieces of chicken and wings out to him on the phone. It is very rare for my other half to loose his temper but the person on the end of the phone had actually brought that side of him out by nearly calling him a lier. That all finished we sat down to eat our meal and i noticed that my chicken was not cooked, I then called the shop to tell them of this and was in so many words called a lier and told they have never served uncooked chicken in their shop. I am not a happy about this i asked the man several times to stop patronising me and calling me a lier I am not! And as a result I am writing this post.

I will be making a complaint as this is a franchise and i will be contacting the head office. I am also posting a picture of the uncooked chicken on their wall to prove i am not lying. Be careful if you are buying from here I am sure its not a regular occurrence but if you are feeding children especially please check it is cooked as it could make someone very ill!

Having waited over an hour for our order it was thrown in the bin. We specified NO sauce and the burger was loaded with some type of Mayo which my husband cannot eat. The marinade wasn't like any mango and lime I have ever eaten. It was very spicy, like they used the hot marinade instead. Food was warm. The best part about the £25 we spent was the can of 7up and can of Pepsi. This was the first and last time we will order from here. I didn't call them to tell them as my order didn't arrive until 9:30pm and having to get up for work at 4:30am am not prepared to wait another hour for our order to be correct.
