Turned up today (Saturday) just before lunch with my bike stuck in 2nd gear and the gearshifter shaft appearing to be broken. Bike was booked in, fixed, a bit of extra tlc, and on my way in around an hour. Great job, great service.

The folk here have really looked after me with my Harley.

The .lads there was wonderful and accomadated our autistic son and let him look round and also gave him the opportunity to sit on two of the new harleys to have his pics took and also at the end presented him with a harley davidson catalogue of there bikes and a poker chip designed especially for them . He was one very happy young man .

I visited here with my partner who is a Harley rider a short while ago



They had a mini event on and wow it was fab we took our 5year old daughter who also really enjoyed the day- all the staff were friendly and accommodating looking forward to our next trip

I have purchased two bikes in the last 14 months as well as a boat load of parts. The service at Robin Hood is always excellent in my experience. Great knowledge and in partial advise very helpful. My XL1200CA was in this weekend for new pipes and de-mountables everything was spot on. Engineers fantastic explaining all that was done. nothing was too much trouble.

Having reported an issue with my bike to the motor company I was told that the item in question was not covered under warranty, when I contacted Ian Jennings at Robin Hood HD he A: listened to what I had to say. B: Agreed that irrespective of wether the item was covered by warranty or not it was not acceptable for it to be falling apart so soon. C: He then agreed to order the parts needed to rectify the problem send them on to me.

I was more than happy to do the work myself and agreed to this arrangement. Less than a week later my parcel arrived.

Ian, good to his word had done exactly what he said he would do and for the third time time since I have owned the bike Robin Hood HD have delivered top notch customer service when I have needed it. I read many negative comments on forums etc regarding HD main dealers and I am sure there are times when they get it wrong.

The truth is that they must get it right more of the time other wise we would not be riding Harley’s. so here’s the thing, the next time your dealership gets it right remember to post about the positive experience you have had, they deserve to know about that too, C

Great! The people here are so helpful. Booked our test ride, took the bikes out for about 45 minutes. No hassle, all free of charge. They even swapped bikes because my partner could reach the ground very well. Definitely thinking of buying from this branch.

Great guys at Robin Hood HD had a brand new fat boy s from here that Mark in sales kindly put the effort in and found one me. Other Harley dealerships just told me you couldn't get a new one anywhere! steve knows his fat boys and is a wealth of knowledge.

Brilliant reception and unveiling of bikes and the colour Schemes were excellent and music and live rock bands was just the perfect touch with free food and drink including non alcoholic beer 🍻 and the shop it self is beautiful top and bottom 🙂😎🏍

A couple of weeks ago I popped into Robin Hood Harley Davidson for wee look around with the idea of changing my Slim for a Tourer.

Was impressed with the advice and time given by Simon.

The day after i came back with my wife and kids. Decision made.

Just bought my second bike from them. There was some hiccups with the first one. But they tried and straight it up pretty quick.

I have owned Harley's for around 15 years visited many dealerships in Europe, Ireland & very many in America. I was greeted in all these dealerships. When I recently moved to Leicestershire I rode to Robin Hood HD, walked in and was not acknowledged. I stayed around 5 minutes and walked out.

Rode to Sycamore HD, different ball game, I was greeted & offered a drink. The staff were all forthcoming. 5 stars treatment.

Arrival after mare of a journey, nice chat with the girl on retail !,ignored by sales downstairs , went up stairs and had a coffee with Mark and discussed a few options , not quiet the bike I was looking for but bikes seem to have more options fitted to them in stock ,inc one off paint schemes , prices where on par with Chester and Wolverhampton ,well they are all dealers after all but you never know.

No real vibe if that makes sence , if your marking greets then best greet so far was Plymouth ,felt like I was part of summat a bit bigger and it does make a difference

Wasted a considerable amount of time and effort on an information request, and the dealership was unresponsive. Certainly not what I'd expect from Harley Davidson and the service was extremely disappointing.

Sorry for the 1 star guys but really not happy with the delay and service linked to my currently broken iron 883 - I've only had this a year and experiencing battery/alternator/charging issues for some time with engine just cutting out prior to breaking down on a day out and having it recovered to harley d in Notts by hog assist on 3rd August - having been asked to leave it with you I had to chase for any kind of update over a week later on 11th to be told parts might be in on 12th and would work on it then - got a call on 12th saying parts due in on 24th August! Where are these parts coming from?! I had hoped for a courtesy update maybe today (24th) from you guys, due to there being such a delay, saying parts were in but nothing so called myself at 1630 - selected service but got through to wrong area and was told someone would call me back in 10 mins or so - it's 2030 now and still waiting so I assume I will be chasing again tomorrow?!



Not really on to be honest with it being a key riding month and my just 1 year old bike has been out of action all of it plus no one seems that bothered in keeping me updated on any progress.



Little help please or is this standard?
