‼️IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM THE SURGERY‼️
As you may be aware Dr Macnaughton-Jones had reduced her sessions due to her own health issues.
While Dr Kent and Dr Williams have been off sick she had returned full time and this has had a detrimental effect on her health. She is now currently off sick as well.
... Although you will be disappointed that you cannot see your usual GP, we have a great team of regular Locums available.
Our team are working hard and we thank you for your understanding at this time and wish our GPS a speedy recovery.

WE ARE CURRENTLY CONTACTING PATIENTS WITH MISSING VACCINES/BOOSTERS 💉
MMR is a safe and effective combined vaccine that protects against 3 separate illnesses – measles, mumps and rubella (German measles) – in a single injection. The full course of MMR vaccination requires 2 doses.
Measles, mumps and rubella are highly infectious conditions that can have serious, potentially fatal complications, including meningitis, swelling of the brain (encephalitis) and deafness.
... They can also lead to complications in pregnancy that affect the unborn baby, and can lead to miscarriage.
Since the MMR vaccine was introduced in 1988, it's rare for children in the UK to develop these serious conditions.
But outbreaks happen and there have been cases of measles in recent years, so it's important to make sure that you and your children are up-to-date with the MMR vaccination.

Cancer screening involves testing apparently healthy people for signs of the disease. It can save lives by finding cancers at an early stage, or even preventing them. Screening is not the same as the tests a person may have when doctors are diagnosing or treating cancer. Rockliffe Surgerys current uptake for screening is: Cervical Screening: 77.9% Breast Screening: 79.2%... Bowel Screening: 63.9% If you are eligible for screening it is very important that you go. It could save your life!!
