stopped over in the penthouse suite last night/this morning, extremely highly recommend this place! the rooms are stunning! the customer service from the guy was one of the best me and partner have experienced, will definitely be visiting again! �
loved our stay. the room was spotless, bed very comfortable staff more than helpful, hope roomzzz chains expands and locates to more city's. didn't get to use the well equipped kitchen but a fabulous saving to visitors must be a option if they choose to use this as a alternative to dining out. only points I would suggest were improvement's could be made, The shower could be warmer. Warning in the car park to suv/hatch back drivers regarding the low structural detail when opening the rear hatch doors. back to positives very well soundproofed didn't here a thing so we over slept which is of course our fault. Look forward to our next stay. thanks.
by far the best how to in Notts and the nicest. central location rooms up amazing clean new stylish even has its own kitchen. bed was so comfy didn't want to leave . Definitely recommend this place
What a fantastic hotel experience that was. I was staying here because of the proximity to Nottingham rock city as there was a gig I was attending.
I’ve never stayed at a roomzz hotel before and as with all things new you never know what you’ll end up with!
I cannot fault it at all - I arrived early before I could check in, so I was directed to the seated area and told to help myself to drinks, the layout is fab as is the drink machine, check in was flawless and within arriving at the hotel I was up in my room within 15m
The room itself was amazing- the shower was massive and there was a hob, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, large sink and all washing up stuff to go with it, extractor fan and massive fridge and small freezer section - lots of glasses, mugs, plates and cutlery too!
The room itself was also great - there were plenty of plug sockets and a great tv too! The bed was really comfy and all in all the room was quite airy.
I can’t recommend this hotel enough - lots of food stuff to choose from to in reception and reasonably priced for a hotel
I would definitely stay again at a roomz hotel - I traveled alone this time but normally it’s me and my partner and little girl and would definitely use this chain to book with for all 3 of us as it would cut down on eating out so it would be a cheaper stay overall
We stayed here for a night, while we went to watch mrs browns boys, we were greeted by a lovely lady who sorted us out with the car park, then checked us in, we were told about the grab n go breakfast and then told where our room was, got to our room and it was lovely and clean so modern, couldn't fault it, we was even given a tea towel and dishwasher tablet in the kitchen area, will stay in the hotel again, great hotel with lovely staff.
Stylish, modern rooms at a great price. The kitchenette wasn't needed or used by me but really well equipped and would be useful for anyone on a longer stay. Grab and go breakfast offered juice, water, coffees, pastry and fresh fruit - not extensive but more than enough.
Stayed here twice to go to a gig at rock city, literally a 2 minute walk away! Hotel is always clean and very modern, would defiantly stay here again in the future.
Really impressed. Free coffee machine in reception. Staff very helpfull and polite. Room was of a very high standard. Spotless and spacious. Had a kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave and kettle plus tea and coffee.
Comfy double bed a small sofa . Iron and ironing board. Absolutely perfect and at a great price. Located centre of Nottingham city. Highly recommend this Hotel......
It's the 2nd time we have been here. Hotel and staff are good, room was clean and amazing with a small kitchen area to.
Great location. Where do I start. Walked in a greeted by receptionist he was great and so helpful. In the room, it was so well set out. The kitchenette had kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishwashing tablet and liquid and even a tea towel. All the plates,glasses, chopping board and knives and forks you could ever need. Lovely heated bathroom floor. I know I sound easily pleased but this is a hotel room. Bed was very comfortable and even the lighting was lovely. The grab and go breakfast was a great idea. The reception staff at check out were great and so helpful and interested in why you were visiting. Would recommend this fabulous hotel with great staff.
Great little room in a wonderful location - right next to Rock City where we had tickets to see Future Islands. Lovely lady on the front desk checked us in. Room had everything- kitchen sink, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, iron and ironing board AND loads of dishes, glasses etc. Bathroom was great, and I freely admit, I'm really funny about bathrooms, but this one was super clean and smartly designed. Really spacious and comfy double bed- Reception turned heating up for us when we were cold in the night. Only downside was the acoustics- dont know if it people in the next room or room above, but they sounded like elephants running around, it echoed everytime they let their door slam and I could even hear them run their shower! Maybe that was just my location (ground floor) so dont let that put you off. Great place and will most certainly visit again. Great place to relax in cool and chilled out surroundings.
Great hotel, well looked after with friendly staff. Would top it off if they had a bar but saying that, you're not far away from a bar as the hotel is central Nottingham. Clean rooms, great facilities and would recommend to anyone.
Great hotel 5 mins from city centre. Lovely clean room fantastic bed.
Sadly the only let down is the fact that 5 days after leaving I don't have my £20 security deposit back. In this modern age it surely shouldn't take this long to give me MY money back.

First time staying here Friday night! The room was stunning!! Bed was sooo comfy, heated floor in the bathroom, massive walk in shower� deffo be coming back soon �
First time at a Roomzzz will definitely be back again! Loved the kitchen. When you are away with work every week it's great to have some home comforts you don't always want to eat out. Fridge kept my fizz chilled and warmed my M&S meal in the microwave.
Staff were soooo friendly!

Awesome hotel the room had a lot more in them then We where expecting very close to the theatre and then town center, the staff was very helpful I would definitely use this hotel again
Always pleased with roomzzz. Left my iPad and they phoned and offered to keep it in safe and post back registered post after christmas. Lovely friendly staff and a fab room as always
