User

Popped in today to have a hot drink and escape the rain. We had a very warm welcome and we enjoyed hearing about the local beers they sell in the shop. I had a slice of beautiful Victoria sandwich cake that was full of fresh cream. I look forward to going back in the sunshine and enjoying a sit outside the cafe and trying more of the food.

User

Popped in for lunch and had the most gorgeous Coq au Vin, and very reasonably priced. Coofe, Coq and Vin and a slice of cake to take out for less than £10 and all really tasty. Definitely my new haunt in Bingham.

User

Perfect find. Absolutely love the place. And the owner is friendly and entertaining which makes you want to return again and again. Cheese scones to die for! And grandsons loved the fresh milkshakes their words were "amazing". It's our new Friday go to

User

My first visit today and will definitely be returning. So many lovely things on the menu. I had a chorizo, Colwick cheese and sun blush tomato sandwich on sourdough bread. Amazing. Would recommend.

User

Me and my toddler son went in this week and we loved it.

What a warm friendly welcome!

Local produce, homemade goodies!

I had quiche and my son had a sausage roll with cold drinks and for afters a cookie and some incredible homemade carrot cake! All were delicious, great prices and wonderful service.

We should be so proud to have such a lovely local business in Bingham. Will definitely be regulars.

User

Lovely place selling great local food to a really high standard. You should support this local business 'cause it's great

User

User

Just had the best salted caramel Cheesecake ever! Home made delicious food, great service. Highly recommend a visit.

User

I'm all to guilty for popping into Greggs for a hot sausage roll, Maccy D's for a Latte or to Subway for a quick fix meal deal...but over recent months I have endeavoured to support local businesses...wherever I am in the country! I'm so pleased I changed my mindset!

I've enjoyed some lovely, personable conversations with interesting and lovely local people...Rose & May amongst the most delightful

I ordered a Cinnamon Latte and...on recommendation for a 'lite bite'...a warm Cheese & Onion Scone with butter and homemade Apple Chutney (my mouth is actually watering as I type)

What can I say? Both were completely and utterly delicious! For a lady who always requests "more butter please" I didn't consume the contents of the cute pot served! The tasty Scone needed less than a scraping! Unheard of for this Butter Baby!

The 'host' was sociable, chatty and interested in my day...without being in any way intrusive. The cafe warm, cosy and interesting with well spaced tables, beautifully relaxing music and a choice of magazines etc to read. Simply charming

In truth...I could have happily stayed there for hours pretending to be in Paris. Or Sorrento.........

Granted...the sun shining through the windows added to the ambience yesterday but nevertheless this cafe is a little gem

I very much look forward to returning for something equally as scrumptious

Well done Rose & May

See you soon x
