Hi we took one of your buses last night on a trip to Potbelly brewery tour from Melton Gas Tap pleas say thanks to driver he was an excellent driver in the snow and did a great job. We all had a good laugh keep up the good work

CLIENT REVIEW OF ROY'S MINIBUSES HIRE.
THE BEDFORD & DISTRICT VETERANS SOCIAL CLUB HIRED THE 29 SEATER COACH ON WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 25TH TO THE NATIONAL MEMORIAL ARBORETUM IN ARLEWAS STAFFORDSHIRE. THE COACH ARRIVED AT AT THE 1ST PICK UP POINT AT THE AGREED TIME. THE DRIVER SHERIDAN WAS... SMARTLY DRESSED WITH SHIRT & TIE, CLEAN SHAVEN. AT THIS PICK UP POINT & THE 3 OTHER PICK UP POINTS HE ASSISTED MY MEMBERS & FRIENDS ONTO THE COACH, 1 LADY HAD A WALKER WHICH HE PLACED IN THE BOOT OF COACH AS SOON AS SHE HAD BOARDE THE COACH. HE ENSURED AL MY MEMBERS/FRIENDS WERE SAT DOWN & HAD SEAT BELTS ON & WERE COPMFORTABLE BEFORE DROVE OFF. MYSELF& SHERIDAN AGREED ON A COMFORT STOP TO BE TAKEN AT CORLEY SERVICES ON THE M6 20 MINUTES. AGAIN HIS SERVICE TO MY PASSENGERS WAS 1ST CLASS. WHEN WE LEFT CORLEY HE KEPT ME UPDATED ON OUR PROGRESS AS WE WANTED TO BE THERE FOR 11AM, BUT DUE TO TRAFFIC PROBLEMS WE WERE FOR 11-30AM. AGAIN SHERIDAN ASSISTED ALL PASSENGERS OFF THE COACH, GETTING THE WALKER FOR THE LADY BRINGING IT TO THE COACH DOOR. WE DEPARTED THE NMA AT 4-30 FOR OUR JOURNEY HOME TO BEDFORD, HAVING A 20 MINUTE COMFORT STOP ON THE M1 AT WATFORD GAP SERVICES, TRAFFIC HEAVY ON THE MOTORWAYS, M6, M42, M1. DESPITE THIS WE ARRIVED AT 1ST DROP OFF AT 7PM & THE FINAL DROP OFF POINT AT 7-30PM. I THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND ROY'S MINIBUSES TO ANY GROUP OR COMPANY, FROM THE INITIAL BOOKING WITH MARTIN IN THE OFFICE, PRICE WAS VERY COMPETIVE TO OTHER COMPANIES I USE, AND DRIVER WAS 1ST CLASS & A CREDIT TO THE COMPANY.

There was 10 of us + luggage from Wellingborough to Gatwick (& return) for about £50 each.
The minibuses were gorgeous, very well looked after & comfortable with plenty of space.
... The drivers were very prompt, calm & polite. There was heavy traffic on the way to the airport & our plane was delayed by about an hour on the way back, they dealt with all this very well especially when some of us were panicking that we’d miss our flight from the traffic.
We had drop offs, we had change in pick up times & each time the service was on point.
I would 100% use Roy’s Minibus again & refer to friends too.
Thank you for your service & facilitating such a large group with only 2 weeks notice. We started & ended our holiday on positive notes. We couldn’t have asked for better.
