**Experienced front of house/bar staff wanted**
We are looking for front of house staff to join our team.
* At least 5yrs experience with references... * Over 21yrs old * experience serving draught lagers/ beers including cocktails * experience in cellar operations * willing to work weekends * can start training immediately
* UK special forces training desirable but not necessary as training will be delivered on the job!
Rates of pay will depend on experience and skills.

What is there not to like? Great decor, lovely staff and fantastic food. Squid, Patatas bravas, chilli prawn skewers, wedges...all delicious and presented well. We will be back for sure!

Was taken here for a surprise Mother’s Day meal, cannot recommend it enough. Lovely owners, great atmosphere and the Tapas dishes were amazing...we enjoyed too many to be able to pick a favourite. They’ve not been open long so still finding their feet but they couldn’t have been anymore accommodating. We will be returning!

This place is a must go ! The idea and concept is brilliant. The food is very good quick and easy but served with style. A chat with the owner was really enjoyable.

OMG, this place is off the scale! Food is easily the best I've ever had. Probably the coolest place I've had food and drink in! Worth a visit!

Had mothers day tea with my family, the food was fabulous, we tried all different things on the menu and I can honestly say everything tasted so good and we even squeezed a yummy pudding in. Service and staff brilliant. Well worth a visit excellent

Had Tapas at Rubigo! Was fabulous. Hot, Tasty and beautifully presented. The staff are exceptional, attentive and polite efficient service even when busy. Good selection of bottled drinks and great decor. Quite like sitting outside and watching the world go by on a Friday early evening for post work drinkies ������

First visit yesterday and will definitely be returning. Great food (we literally ordered everything on the menu and it was all delicious), awesome cocktails and lovely staff. A very welcome addition to Matlock.

First time visit today for a tapas lunch with my boyfriend, and we will definitely be visiting again. The food was phenomenal, lovely cocktails and very friendly and attentive service from the owner. This will definitely be our new go to restaurant and bar :)

Fantastic lunch at Rubigo! It looks amazing inside, and the furniture is so unusual. The food was lovely, and so was the hot chocolate. The staff are so friendly, and I love the fact that you can take dogs to such a cool place. Will definitely be back for more food and drinks �

Excellent tapas, had sharing platter, patatas bravas, squid and halloumi, absolutely delicious, loved the parmesan lollipops. Really friendly staff, great atmosphere and good value for money, will definately go there again.
