It was with sadness we learned of the passing of our former Mayor and Councillor Alfred Cooper on July 4, aged 94. Our Mayor in 1996/97, Cllr Cooper was a Borough representative and also served on the local Parish Council in Bradmore for many years. His funeral will take place today at midday at St Mary the Virgin Church, Bunny with Bradmore, followed by a short committal at Wilford Hill Crematorium. We have passed on our condolences to his friends and family.
