Went with my 4 year old daughter and she loved it, feeding the animals stroking them all and holding the rabbits/guinea pigs. She even fed the lambs their bottle. The bird of prey show was amazing the guy doing it was really good even when he had a big crowd with some screaming kids in it. Awesome place. We will be back for sure.

User

Went today with my 3 year old utterly enjoyed feeding animals. Entrance price includes holding small animals like rabbits and Guinea pigs. Every animal enclosure has an activity boards with questions, so great for older kids and some cool facts about animals too, which even I found very interesting as an adult. Animal food costs 1£ per bag which definitely more than enough for each enclosure. There is also a playground which is suitable for various age kids. Little cafe to snack something, has baby chairs. Also plenty of outside picnic tables which we took advantage of. Everything was very clean and neat in the farm and staff friendly :) We look forward to go there some time again

We visited yesterday with our 2 children (aged 2 and 1). We had a fantastic day! Its a small farm and on arrival I was worried that we would only be there for a very short time. However there are lots of activities on throughout the day to keep everyone entertained. There was pony rides, lamb feeding, food to purchase to feed the goats and donkeys etc. The small pet area where you can handle the bunnies. The tea room serves a range of food such as jackets, sandwiches, toasties and delicious cakes! There is a new childrens play area with picnic benches nearby so you can eat your lunch outside with the roaming peacocks. All the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Best of all was the bird display which we attended the morning session and 1.30pm session. Joel was very knowledgeable and you could tell that he loved doing the demos and looking after the birds. As it was windy and it was a small group we got to handle some of the owls which my 2 year old loved. It was such an amazing experience and would highly recommend everyone to visit. Will definitely be back again if we come back to the area!

User

We visited today as a family and absolutely loved it. The animals are all clearly very well looked after, very friendly and more than happy to be petted. The free pony ride was a big hit, as was being able to hold the rabbits at any time. The kids loved the peacock roaming around and enjoyed the play area. The highlight of the day for me was definitely the birds of prey displays. We saw two of these today and both we different and absolutely brilliant. They guy that conducted the demonstrations was spot on, clearly knows all the birds extremely well and must enjoy his job. Even the 4 year old loved it and enjoyed the hawks flying over her head. Brilliant local day out, will definitely be recommending it to others.

User

We visited rushmoor today and are so impressed with the staff and how they allowed my autistic son extra time to get confident around the animals but sadly didn't work all the time, the ladies in the kitchen are so friendly and helpful, it is a lovely park can't wait for my return definitely going to recommend to everyone I know to visit. Ohh and they make a wonderful cup of tea

User

We visited for the first time today and what a lovely farm! Staff are all super friendly and helpful, the falconry displays put on throughout the day were great and the tea room is lovely. Very reasonably priced for a lovely day out. Will definitely be returning

User

We had a really great value for money day out. Arrived at 10 so enjoyed the first hour pretty much to ourselves. Rabbit petting, pony ride, lamb feeding and bird of pray display all for £3.95 each.

You can see the new owners have big plans with new enclosure work going on and a new play area that our kids loved.

The staff where all very friendly even if they say they where holding it together after work 3 weeks solid. The café food was lovely and just the right amount of options for the kids - Beans on toast and a jacket potato went down a treat.

User

We had a fabulous day yesterday at Rushmoor country park. The kiddies loved feeding the goats and they got to hold a wee rabbit each too 🐰 and ride a pony which is a nice personal touch. My partner loved holding the little turtle 🐢 You can tell it's a family run place, it's lovely and was a nice way to end our family holiday. Love from Scotland. Highly recommend if you are out this way. The staff are amazing and very friendly too. 😍xx

User

Visited today the 2nd day of the new opening, still has its small personal charm and hands on with the animals. New play equipment is fab, and as always Joels Bird display was fantastic. Cant wait to see when the work is all finished..x

User

Visited for the first time yesterday. What a fantastic time we had. My four year old granddaughter had a wonderful time as did myself and my daughter. The bird of prey display was out of this world. Free pony rides were a bonus. The cuddles with the rabbits and guinea pigs was so cute. Even the smelly billy goat was friendly. So much so we had to have the windows of the car open as I really did pong where he rubbed up me for a stroke. Hilarious. Pig racing was cool too as were all the animals. The café is fantastic. The ladies are lovely and the food is delicious so much so that I took some cake home. Will definitely visit again. Size isn't everything. Small but perfect in every way.

User

This is a fantastic place for a visit to see and feed the various animals, but for me and my family the best thing was seeing the birds of prey and watching them fly absolutely worth the entrance fee just for that.

User

Such a lovely place to visit, extremely friendly and informative staff and the birds of prey are amazing. Animals are happy and well looked after, my youngest quizzed the life out of the staff lol Great tea room and park for the kids, reasonably priced too. Highly recommend!

User

Really good day. Staff are all lovely and patient with the kids and even though it was really cold it was throughly worth it and nothing a hot chocolate couldn't cure. Cuddles with blossom the baby goat was definitely the highlight of my day and Lucy the rat was a big hit with my children X

User

Me and my boyfriend came here for the 2 hour falconry experience and we both loved it and all the staff was so nice! We will definitely be coming back!

User

I went here today with my grand daughter for her first visit. Completely amazing really enjoyed it. The staff are so friendly and polite. The only request I have is in the playing area you should have more for a 10 month old to do... However it didn't ruin my visit x

User

I took my 3 children to Rushmoor Country Park today. We have been several times before and we have a great time every time. To me it feels much less formal than many other similar places we have been to and that is what I love. You feel very comfortable exploring but you know there is always someone around if you have any questions. The birds of prey display and info is brilliant. The food in the café is great, the staff are brilliant, the prices are good and we had a great time. My son is very frightened of being too near animals, but on our visits here he has over time got closer and closer to them each time. I'm sure this is down to the wonderful relaxed nature of the setting, makes you feel like you are wandering round your own farm :)

User

Had a fantastic day at rushmoor today! The staff were all very friendly and always happy to help. The bird show was amazing full of lots of information and everyone got to get involved. The staff were full of lots of information about the animals and were happy to answer all of your questions. This was the first time I've been but defo will not be the last !

User

Came today with my 5 year old. Lovely farm with plenty to do. The lady who served us in the cafe was lovely, kind and nothing was too much trouble for her, she was very friendly. Also the guy who did the bird handling was funny and gave everyone a chance. We will defiantly come back to This farm. Thank you for a lovely day

User

Came to Rushmoor yesterday with my mum because I really wanted to visit some farm animals however didn’t want to visit a working farm as I do not agree with slaughtering animals for food. We rang Rushmoor Country Park and they assured us that all of the animals kept there are much loved pets and none of the animals are sent to slaughter. Entry was cheap and well worth the money. You can buy bags of food for £1 so that you can feed the animals as you go round. Just make sure not to hand feed the pigs as I got bitten by one! will definitely be returning next month and hopefully will be buying some guinea pigs. All of the animals are in clean, well kept enclosures and all have their own names lovely day out had a lot of fun!
