Our staff like riding their bikes. Last weekend Clair was competing in Kos on her Giant Trinity and Stef has been putting the miles in along the waterways of the midlands on his Giant Revolt. Today Paul and Neil are taking part in a local sportive and Zac is taking part in his first time trial.

We recommend that you renew your cycling helmet every 3 years and have a great range in store but in the meantime make sure you're wearing yours correctly:
1. Buckle up the chin strap and make sure no more than 2 fingers can fit under it!
2. Make sure the helmet is level on your head allowing space for 1 or 2 fingers on your forehead
