Here we have Luke after his bike fit. No secrets here, we made him more comfortable, that was the main goal. Smoother pedal stroke, less stress on the neck and shoulders. Enjoy those longer rides Luke!

We are often told of riders who have purchased a new bike, set it up them selves and feel ok...ish. Only after a few rides do they notice the lack of comfort, power and efficency. Luke here was one such rider (Sorry Luke.)

Spring is slowly but surely coming into full swing! Soon it will be time for afternoon rides!

Saturday passed brought with it sunshine and cyclists! It also brought with it a brand new Trek P1 Madone with a custom paint job. Accompanied with a Full Retül Bike fit this new bike will be a bullet on the straights and a dream on the climbs. Wishing Alex many happy rides!
