Oakham Library is the headquarters of Rutland Library Service
We have branch libraries in Uppingham, Ketton and Ryhall, and a mobile service visiting our smaller villages.
Rutland Libraries provide:
Books for loan for adults and children, including fiction and non-fiction, with no overdue charges.
Books in large Print, and on CD
Reference and Information Collection,
Local Studies and Family History Collection (large reference collection now at Rutland County Museum)
DVD hire
Bookstart - babies' and children's rhymetimes
Internet access and Office software, photocopy and fax facilities
Reading Group support
Information on local clubs and societies
Request service
Free Online resources including:
