Today you went above and beyond in my opinion..I'm a local boater on the canal but also a cancer patient...today was my first outing in 2wks..I came to shop but also eat..when I came in noticed there were no electric carts..your security guard told me no problem go eat and I'll take care of it...as I was finishing a lovely breakfast she showed up with the cart and handed me the keys..smiling brightly...later after a leisurely shop I asked another young lady if she could get my trolly I had left at security..this she did as a wonderful stranger insisted on putting up my items..the girl then packed my trolly and 2 bags walked me outside where she waited with me for my friend and handed my items over to him as he was walking me back..she and your security officer went beyond what I expected...I thank them from the bottom of my heart..today was a good day thank you for caring @

The staff in the cafe are fantastic.I was Breastfeeding my daughter and my food was getting cold. The lovley staff (sorry I didn't get your names) offered to keep my food warm and brought it back once I had finished feeding. Made my day thank you �.

Thank you to the ladies in the petrol station this morning who helped me out when I had broken down on the forecourt. Your kind customers got me going again, phew! Thank you!

My very first shopping experience there was very relaxing friendly and helpful had a breakfast with my husband and was lovely, security gaurd very helpful we were having trouble with the trolley and he came out to help

My grandmother and her friend shop here early Saturday mornings.

The treatment they receive from the staff that all know them by name is phenomenal. From Helping her in and out of her wheelchair, to packing and helping her load the car, its amazing and nice to see elderly people looked after for a change!!

I was served at the checkout but alady who was closed but she waved us over. Very friendly and cheerful didn't rush us either. Thankyou Milly �

I like all sainsburys but I took a faulty handbag back which was practically brand new,but because I didn't have the receipt,they scanned the barcode off the label and it came up £4.20 and I paid about £10. It had a fastener that broke after about 6 uses,but what was worse,I had to have a gift card!

Clean warm friendly cafè . Lovely sandwiches.

Big well done to a shop assistant today. Wish they was all more understanding with kids with additional needs. Absolutely lovely lady � well done. One happy little boy who actually wants to come back �
