One of the ATM,s outside was faulty and retained my bank card. I went in to tell the staff and was told " it's been playing up all day but we can't do anything about it"

At least four people reported the same thing in the 20 mins I was there. This means reporting the card loss to the bank and waiting 4/5 days for a new card. I don't expect staff to fix the machine but a simple note saying out of order would have saved people a lot of inconvenience. Very poor customer care.

Stopped for a coffee as well as to use the toilet. The girl was so slow, my partner had found what he wanted in store and got back to the cafe by the time I had even moved one place. And to charge £1 for a single mince pie when you can buy 6 mince pies for a little over that.
