Your lovely lady in the bakery today was very helpful when I was asking about palm oil in bakery products (I thought I needed to boycott it to do my bit in helping to save the planet).

What would be even more helpful is for you to toot your horn about using 97% sustainable palm oil in own brand products- I didn't know! (Now I've looked at the issues properly, I know that boycotting is not the answer).You can tell the fab bakery staff that I'll be back for those double chocolate cookies and have no guilty conscience!!

Well done to Sainsbury's for hosting a Lego swop shop, my three children loved it and thanks to a lot of generous people all three filled their books - thanks all!!

Today's it was busy , waited 45 mins for our breakfast , apology from staff and free coffees fab service well done you �

The lady at till 11 today at 10.41 was brilliant . I am partially sighted and she was very nice waiting for me to load the belt and move down and pack.

It is so relaxed love doing my shopping there nothing Is to much trouble for the staff to help you

I visited Sainsbury's today at around 10.30 with my baby girl who is 6 months old, she usually wakes up whenever we go shopping. So I looked for a baby trolley which there was none, but this wasn't a problem. So I put her in one of the seat trolleys but she was that tired that she was still sleeping. Therefore I carried her around the store in my arms whilst she was fast asleep. Even managing to steer the trolley. Once I had finished shopping, I was looking at which checkout to go too, a lovely woman came over to me called Racheal who I think was the supervisor said it take you straight to self service and pushed my trolley there, where I was met by another lovely lady called Melanie who scanned all of my shopping for me and packed it and then finally put it in the trolley for me. I want to say this was truly amazing customer service. Thankyou for all of your help.

I love SAINSBURY'S always helpful and cheerful l love browsing around the clothes department it's really nice take your time enjoy your coffee then do your shopping brilliant.

The bread rolls was so fresh, my husband like it so much that he had second. I love mine too. Thank you very much.

Visiting front Cheshire thought the store it's self was great but the service in your restaurant was very poor about 12 people in and told there was a 20 mins wait for toast tables needed a good wipe and clean as they were very sticky

Big store, cafe does nice food but slow, I waited 30 mins for a breakfast
