Went with my friend who was trying clothes on she got some good things then done some shopping and found the dragons den noodles so a good shopping spree had by both .

Thanks to your staff member today who made my day - instead of asking at the check out "Would you like a bag?" she asked "Would you like a drink?"...even the nearby customers had a chuckle. But i must say - great customer service in there every time I am in. Always refreshing to see people just enjoy what they do - so thanks :)

I was told about the fabulous gluten free fresh baked bread that is being sold on a trial basis. I truly hope it stays because it's the best gluten free bread I've tasted since being diagnosed with coeliac disease. 10 out 10 sainsburys please keep selling it

I officially LOVE this Sainsbury's. We go there often, but I went yesterday with my two kids and the staff were fantastic. As we walked round one staff member offered the children a little bag of haribo; when we got to the checkout the lady gave us a bag of gingerbread men for the children with a tag on saying 'merry Christmas from everyone at Sainsbury's (weedon road); and in the car park, the trolley attendant lifted my shopping into my car when he saw me struggling with the kids. My 3 year old has additional needs and is absolutely obsessed with Sainsbury's, so I love taking him there- and yesterday his face lit up even more than usual. Even when he stands pointing at their Sainsbury's uniform they are patient and ask him if he's seen the Christmas advert. I've even bought him a little Sainsbury's lorry from your toy section for him for Christmas! Thank you for your brilliant customer service. X

I just wanted to message you and thank your wonderful staff for being so kind and supportive. Whilst heavily pregnant I was shopping in your Sixfields store on the evening of 6th July when my waters broke. I was feeling both scared and embarrassed but needed to go to customer services to explain that I was going to have to abandon my shopping and leave my car in the car park (there is a 3 hour time limit). The lady I spoke to was calm and reassuring as she took my details, she offered to get me a chair and asked if there was anything she could do to help. I was embarrassed and just wanted to wait outside in my car. I was then approached by your kind security guard who also offered me a chair, and told me that if I should need anything to come back inside and that they would help me.

We have a beautiful baby boy named William.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Kayleigh and tom who helped my little boy tonight when he had a massive accident just outside! They were very quick first aiders and helped him feel better and spoke to him loads to make him stop crying. Very professional and with out them I don't know what I would of done. So thank you.

Hi I just wanted to say a huge thank you to your staff. I was shopping with my children and my daughter dropped a candle in a glass tub on her foot. She had a deep cut on her toe and then was sick all over the floor. Your staff - Glen, Joe and a few others were fantastic, they looked after her, gave her some water and were generally amazing. Not to mention a passing first aider and a paramedic who came to her aid. Thanks x

Church's united did the walk of witness through Duston today and we were generously donated (by Sainsbury's) some delicious hot cross buns to give out to people on our walk. A big thanks to all the kind, generous and caring staff. Sainsbury's is a great place to shop at!

Food is ok and they have drawings and crayons for kids I just don’t like The waiting time to get the food, kids are getting bored before food comes to the table 😂

User

Once again and not the 1st time stocking of goods in the day abysmal large milk none /large bags of dog food again, none does Sainsbury want my money or have I to shop somewhere else that stocks its shelfs

User

How excited was I to have a £1 off next purchase in my hair dye, only to read it expired 2years ago!

Products this old should not be on your shelves!

Cafe lady serving on Sunday was a wealth of information and helped with our selection of breakfast - Acceptable food and clean environment - will use again 👍

User

The supermarket is great love the clothes at reasonable prices and a good selection of jewellery.

But sadly the cafe lets it down,so understaffed it is such a shame as I had a lovely cream tea there

User

Over priced...deals are poor...and to be fair whatever deals are on they are cheaper in tescos...ever since they did the place up with the car park its been dearer...like we paying for that upgrade

User

Cafe was a let down. Waited ages, so understaffed. Poor lad trying to take orders and make coffee on his own. Dirty plates everywhere. Shame. Not good

Went in to Sainsbury’s at six fields and what a complete joke, went straight to the pizza counter where I was told to come back in an hour as they were short staffed and no one to make pizza’s whilst being told this by the girl that was making a pizza, went back an hour later to another girl that was just standing doing nothing and she said there was no one to serve so come back in half hour, by this time I’m really annoyed, of to find a manager, can not find one, customer service woman was just blunt and told me basically it was tough they had no staff to do the pizzas even though there were staff behind the deli counter.

Every time I go and order the pizzas there is always something wrong, it is so annoying, the only reason I go there is my kids love making there own as they can have what they like on it.

You really need to sort the staffing levels out and operate as advertised.

From one seriously let down and annoyed customer.

For 3 days a foul manhole has been overflowing foul effluent into the top end of the car park over a large area , people are walking through the foul spelling poo and taking into a FOOD shop on there feet. Not for the first time at this place , its a criminal offence if any one taken ill and the smoking staff are paddling through to get to fag alley! BLOODY DISGRACE
