'MOCK THE WEEK' STAR GARY DELANEY COMES TO SOUTHWELL'S SARACEN'S HEAD

Headlining is Gary Delaney a regular guest on TV’s ‘Mock The Week’, has appeared on ‘Live at The Apollo’ and is also a writer for TV, Radio and other comedians. Well known for his taut, brilliant one-liners Gary Delaney is very much in demand on the comedy circuit.
Supporting is the charismatic Gareth Richards, who has appeared on ‘Russell Howard's Good News’. A ‘Foster’s Edinburgh Comedy Award 2010 Best Newcomer Nominee’ and support for Rhod Gilbert and Frank Skinner on tour he has a deceivingly intelligent gift for observation and wonderful low-key comedy songs.
Also appearing will be Paul Ricketts whose intelligent humour covers all aspects of life including racial, cultural and satirical subjects; he mixes this with odd stories of everyday lunacy to amuse the crowd.
Completing the line-up is Norwegian comedian and actor, the likeable and intriguing Thor Stenhaug.
Compere for the night will be the amiable and animated Spiky Mike.

Topping the bill is Troy Hawke, Milo McCabe's latest creation, a man stuck in the wrong era! A genuine tribute to the glorious thirties, this naive ‘chap’ has only recently been exposed to today's uncivilised apocalypse.
Opening the night will be Irish comedian Martin Mor. Starting out as a circus entertainer he then decided to turn to stand-up. Having supported Frankie Boyle, Jack Dee, Lee Evans, Jasper Carrot, Patrick Kielty, Johnny Vegas, Steve Coogan, and once Tina Turner on Tour he is one of the most popular and well travelled comics on the circuit. His fiery insults often directed at audience members, are accepted with laughter when delivered by this gentle giant of a man.
Also appearing is the hilarious Simon Lomas who finished 3rd in ‘English Comedian of The Year Competition in 2017 and last year won ‘Petfringe Comedian of The Year’, the biggest prize in live comedy. He captivates the crowd with his imaginative and enjoyable wordplay.
Completing the line-up will be the amusing and talented Hannah Sylvester with her frank and honest material, as well as the occasional comedy song thrown into the mix.
Compere for the night is the amiable and animated Spiky Mike.
