Was greeted with a smile. Felt really welcomed by the young female front desk staff.



Had lamb sizzler, which was mouth watering.



Would definitely go again. Good management decision for hiring the new girl.



Would definitely go to scoops again.

Menu has changed and the food gets better and better will visit again. The waitress was very sweet and very helpfull

I went here tonight and the food is amazing from desserts to everything.

I was very impressed with Alina who made our experience enjoyable and her customer service is 10 out of 10 she is an asset to your customers and company.

I was a bit disappointed they don't take card payments apart from this very impressed with Alina and I will return again whenever I am in Derby again.

So when I took the first mouthful of this ‘subLIME desert I was very very disappointed. Even rang up and they said there was supposed to be lime on the normal menu but after going on their own website it’s no where to be seen, it just says mint sauce but it was no where to be seen. The two conclusions I have come to are, they accidentally used lime sauce instead of mint or they are taking the subLIME menu description literally as there was lime sauce at the bottom as well as all over the top. Certainly wasn’t the ‘Zest’

The food here used to be good back in the days. Last few times i have come here, either the order has been wrong or the food has been very raw. Could have been food poisoned. Prices have gone up and standards have dropped. Not worth it at all. Also not happy with the service as some of the staff are not even bothered. This place has surely gone downhill. When I pointed out the glass they took it away and the manager didn’t have the decency to come and apologies even when I requested to speak to him. Never come across terrible management who treat their customers in such manner especially young children!!!

Food was absolutely shocking! Ordered the mix grill platter which was apparently recommended. The meat was unbelievable dry and tasteless. I cannot believe they can charge £45 for 3ppl when the food was horrible! I definately not recommend this place or go back!!!
