My last review seems to have vanished into thin air! Anyway I wanted to write and say a HUGE thanks. You are an amazing company, very helpful and caring. I absolutely couldn't cope with all of this without you. I must say an even bigger thanks to Laura S. She is absolutely AMAZING. She's sorted out no end of problems for me, especially recently. She's always so lovely and friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond. I know she says it's her job... but Laura just seems to do that bit more everytime for you. It's difficult for me and was particularly difficult to accept as a whole needing the products this company provides, but Laura has gone out of her way to make me feel comfortable and I have finally accepted it. She always checks I'm doing okay and is always there if I need anything. Love out little chats too! So friendly. I mean it's usually about what my son can get upto whilst I'm on the phone!!! Lol. Seriously though I can't thank Laura and SecuriCare enough. Pharmacare too. All totally amazing people and deserve the recognition. I don't know if there's any awards or anything out there... but seriously... Laura deserves one.. . And SecuriCare too. You're all amazing and long may you continue to provide everything I need. I am totally happy. Why go elsewhere when you have perfection. Thanks guys x ��

As I only had my ileostomy four weeks ago today and not sure what I needed to order Laura was brilliant we had a good chat she's very down to earth, which really helped me as I'm new to everything. Laura helps people from the Leicester area.

She knows how to put your mind at rest and you can ask Laura any questions about ileostomy and the products securicare provide. Thank you again Laura I really enjoyed talking to you, your help was very much appreciated thank you again and I wish you and everyone at securicare a merry Christmas and a happy new year.

Can't fault this service at all. Would 100% highly recommended. Staff are caring, compassionate and understanding of any situations that you may have. They try their very best to sort it out or help as quickly as they can (which is incredibly fast!) I have been through 5 different companies and then stumbled across Securicare and I will NEVER change!! More than happy with this fantastic service and their staff!

Amazing, fantastic, superb. There aren't enough adjectives to describe how great this company is. I've tried a few different companies and they all let me down. Then I found Securicare. You get allocated an account manager and they are your contact. It's great building up a relationship with someone who gets to know exactly what you need. Amy looks after my account and she's the best. Nothing is too much trouble and she goes out of her way to make sure your ok. Securicare your the best!!!
