Wow what an incredible day, the phone didn’t stop,the door never stopped opening with people and we were a member of staff down and at times I was staring thinking OMG but what made it so amazing were you the brides, so caring, so patient and just to top it off probably the most loveliest bunch of ladies of all ages we have ever met from brides to mums, mother in laws to nans, family and friends, I will be having a large glass of bubbles after the chaos but mainly to be grateful for such wonderful customers xx 💓

Yesterday, I said yes to the dress!!! The place is so much bigger than I expected from just looking outside - the place was really busy when I arrived (which is always a good sign) and the team were quick to attend to me upon arrival - me and my party were shown to our own private room (we had booked an appointment in advance) by my consultant, Charlotte, and I warmed to her instantly. She got us refreshments as soon as we arrived and sat with us for some time to gauge what I was after and tips and advice of how to look. We then got to look around the huge array and variety of dresses on offer at varying price points and budgets to suit everyone. Charlotte couldn’t have done more for us - from her personable nature to helping me with the dresses to her non-pushy and easy going personality, which really helped me - such a lovely lady. We even got to do the nice “I said yes to the dress!” piece at the end with photos to go up on Facebook.



I never thought I would do it but I bought the dress on my first viewing in the store! What made it even better was I received a 10%discount for doing so! Making me a platinum bride eligible for 15% any future orders in the store. And a goodie bag! A perfect end to a perfect shopping experience - could not recommend more - thanks Serendipity Brides! X

What a stunning shop and so many beautiful dresses to choose from. I spent a lovely afternoon finding my wedding dress here last Saturday and all the staff are very helpful but a special thank you has to go to the wonderful ‘Trudi’. Trudi was amazing at making me feel totally relaxed and her ideas on what type of dresses for me to try was endless and I loved them all! Highly recommended to any new bride to be! Xxx

Serendipity had a great selection of all styles of dresses - great when I didn’t really know what I wanted. Jen was so patient and picked out some great options, even when we thought we were losing our way! I ended up finding my perfect dress which I later found out was actually a sample (but in perfect condition) so I got it for a great price too. Jen was not pushy at all and I felt completely comfortable throughout. Thank you Serendipity!

On Saturday I said ‘yes to the dress’! Trudi was absolutely amazing; she was so welcoming, honest and so so helpful she made the whole experience even more special and wonderful for myself and my bridal party! I'd visited Serendipity as a bridesmaid on two separate occasions but wasn't planning on visiting any bridal shops for my own wedding! It was on a bridesmaid trip that a friend encouraged me to have a look at some of the dresses and then I obviously had to make an appointment! The selections they have are just stunning. Charlotte was amazing, totally working with my demands for "nothing that screams I'm the bride" and "not a wedding dress." She even totally took the two unruly toddlers we bought with us to the appointment in her stride. She came up trumps with a simple option for my wedding dress and I felt amazing in it. It was just right for our laid back, fuss-free wedding abroad. My biggest concern with visiting bridal stores was feeling sold to but I never felt like that at Serendipity, they worked with my budget and offered me a host of options to consider. I chose my dress on the first visit and never went anywhere else! The team always made me feel welcome both as a bridesmaid and a bride and I couldn't fault the service - friendly, warm, efficient and they truly know their stuff. Thank you for all of your help.

I visited this shop last week after trying another shop and feeling really disheartened!i was going to cancel but got urged not to by my friend.im so glad i went,i saw Dani and she was so lovely.She made me feel so comfortable and gave really good advice.I felt like it was the best shopping experience ever!i went back for measurements and everyone i have met is so helpful and cant do enough for you!cant reccommend this shop and Dani enough!xxx

I visited Serendipity with my Bridesmaids and Mum yesterday for my first dress shopping appointment. Straight away we were all made to feel super welcome and comfortable by Trudi. She was soooo amazing in helping pick the right styles for me and had all the expertise advice I needed. I never felt rushed or pressured to get anything, we all felt very relaxed and had a good laugh :)We went to another dress shop afterwards but their customer service and dresses really didn’t have a patch on Serendipity! So we came back and I tried on the dress I loved one more time which wasn’t a problem for Trudi or the girls and pleased to say I said Yes to the dress! All thanks to the wonderful and friendly help of Trudi and the rest of the staff. I would definitely recommend the shop to anyone who will be looking for their dream dress and perfect dress shopping experience! Thanks ladies (the goody bags and prosecco were a nice touch too!) xx

I visited Serendipity Brides on Saturday with my mum. We had been to two bridal shops previously and although good Serendipity definitely had that something extra special. As we walked in the first thing you notice is how beautiful the shop is. The staff all made you feel welcome and relaxed offering a multitude of drinks (including prosecco of course!) and inviting you to look around. The dressing rooms are lovely, private and spacious. Charlotte did a brilliant job understanding what I wanted and being patient (I am indecisive!)and making me feel relaxed. She wasn't pushy at all wanting me to make a decision that was right for me. I can happily say I said yes to the dress! Thank you Charlotte and all at Serendipity. Look forward to seeing you again soon. Xx

I visited Serendipity Brides on Saturday with my family and found the whole experience amazing. A big thank you to Trudi who made me feel relaxed and explained the process to me. She was great at offering advice and suggesting dresses for me to try, additional to the ones I picked. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured to place an order and had a great experience. Trudi listened to my budget at all times, which helped me a lot when I picked some dresses out of my price range! I could not have asked for a better wedding dress experience. I visited Serendipity twice, both times being looked after by Trudi. She was absolutely amazing! The whole process was made easy from the beginning of selecting the dresses to choosing the dress of my dreams. The whole atmosphere - gorgeous rooms, refreshments and the professional manner was more than I could’ve asked for. I can not recommend Serendipity enough! From the minute I arrived, I felt so special and so well cared for. I was so nervous but Charlotte immediately put me at ease and spent time getting to know me, my wedding and what I really wanted (whilst also providing me and my family with complimentary prosecco!!)

I had worked myself up to this appointment but from the moment we met Charlotte, she made it the easiest, most enjoyable and very special experience.

Absolutely fantastic, i had a glass of prosecco on arrival and then was helped to find my perfect dress. I had lots of questions which were all answered, I never once felt rushed and nothing was to much bother. I found my perfect dress and head piece in Serendipity and would 100% recommend the shop to anyone/everyone looking for their perfect wedding dress. <3 As our 1st year anniversary approaches and I think back to all things wedding, choosing my wedding dress was by far the most pleasant and stress free part of the wedding planning!
