Just a polite notice to remind everyone we do have CCTV in all salons as we do not tolerate disruptive behaviour.
I do not want to name but certain individuals have left unnecessary and distasteful reviews; they still remain happy customers in the salon yet think it is ok to portray a different attitude on social media to members of the public. This behaviour is not acceptable nor is it fair when we work hard to provide good service and treatments to our clients.
Feedback is always welcome however leaving a bad review but being happy with the service is not morally correct.

Had my nails and pedicure done today and priya did a brilliant job....also got my threading and waxing done in which the lady did a great job so really recommend this place to anyone

Compassionate and professional service by all the staff of serenity esp shazia. I have got laser hair removal treatment from here. Shazia is very experienced in this area and always provided me with reassurance. I have had 8 settings and have seen great results with slowing and thinning of previously embarrassing thick facial hair . Very grateful to shazia . I can’t thank her enough.
