Off to Serenity Retreat, Carlton Rd for a pamper with my mum. Nails even Frozen's Elsa would be proud of!. Had a lovely time, cups of tea and chocolate yule log on top of wonderul and professional service - many thanks to Miranda, Kelly and Channel for making us feel special.

My skin was in a terrible condition...dry, dull & dehydrated! After having a luxury dermatological facial my skin felt revived and bright once again. Miranda recommended the ultra calming range and it’s worked wonders ever since. Thanks ladies 5* service once again xx

LOVE LOVE my set of semi-perm lashes.. they are lightweight and comfortable. They look so natural and really open up my eyes... i now dont have to worry about clumpy mascara or it running down my face in the rain!! shan was really gentle and the application of the lashes was comfortable and painfree. Shan has a steady hand so i trusted her 100% and felt lovely and relaxed from start to end! Ladies if you fancy a treat then i would highly recommend having these done. Thank you once again Shan!!!

I was booked in today for semi permanent lash extensions, well I've got to say what a lovely welcome by all staff members when I arrived. I was a bit reluctant to have my lashes done again after a very bad experience at another salon. But I'm so glad I came my lashes are amazing and have exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be returning for more treatments. This salon is a hidden gem � xxx Thankyou Serenity Retreat xxx

I treated my very good friend to a pedicure yesterday & myself of course for company it was amazing & my friend just kept saying how soft her feet felt. Lovely lady's who did our treatments �we had a brilliant afternoon & many thanks .return soon I know .jane & Gill ���

I have always tried to hide my little retreat just down the road, but only because if you all realise just how wonderful this little gem of a place is and how lovely the ladies are I might just have to book all my appointments in advance. But i cant keep them ro myself forever. As a regular for having my nails done i recently decided to try the new Bio nails, and my verdict is I am loving my new bio nails. Adore the fact that there is no major buffing and filing to be done every 3 weeks. My nails look as good as they did before and are still strong enough to cope with battering I put them through. I always have a lovely time during my appointments. Like catching up with friends. The ladies always greet you with a warm smile and a warm welcome. They have always managed to fit in those last minute appointments for the odd extra treatment if I need a boost nothing is too much trouble for these ladies to accommodate.

I had a hot stone massage today performed by the very wonderful Kerry. I didn't know what to expect, however, I had nothing to fear, it was truly blissful! I left the salon floating - and hours since I'm still floating. And Kerry.....I'm still sighing! Thank you for a superb experience - it always is when I visit! :-D <3 xxx

Having my beautiful wedding nails taken off today because of the work I do.Had them on three weeks and have done everything with them.and they still look fresh and stunning.....gutted

Had my eyelashes done for my wedding a couple of weeks ago, the staff were very friendly and professional. They also did my eyebrows free of charge which was a really lovely gesture. Thank you �

Had a natural set of lashes at the beginning of March and I'm now in april and they are only just starting to go very impressed will definitely be making a new appointment soon

Great service today at serenity retreat my first HD brows. I'm in love with them, amazing job, very professional and comfortable place to revive any treatment ! Highly recommended ! Can't wait for my follow up appointments � Thanks ladies xx
