I recently ordered a pizza and discovered that they had changed to cheaper ingredients. Very poor. Not as nice as they used to be. Going to try a different takeaway.

It's a shame that Sergios have moved to a lower standard of ingredients.

The pepperoni is now cheap, rubbery, tastes beefier (for a pork product) and is certainly of far less quality.

I have seen this so many times before with various takeaways; usually following a change in management or simply switching to cheaper ingredients, but inevitably it persuades core customers to move elsewhere.

Had pizza last week and it was awful, they have changed the pepperoni, cheap and nasty stuff. Won't be using these again......

Changed pepperoni to halal (beef) without informing customers who could have allergy issues with beef. Not good to a long term regular customer.
