The team are very friendly and encouraging. They always keep parents informed either by texts, facebook and flyers after class. I am also impressed with how the staff show customer appreciation by sending birthday cards, post cards, and discount vouchers...oh and let me not forget the complimentary tea and coffee and fruit for the kids!!!

Never been out love to join heard it a great place I can get by trian which is easy for me, I have KICKBOXING gear already, I been told about the club put because of work issues I find it hard to get, if you have ladies only KICKBOXING class and it runs in day I can get then, thanks looking forward to coming down to look, anyway wonderful place.

My son really enjoys going and has something to look forward now. The staff are always very friendly.

My son (Age 6) has been attending the beginners class for 3 months now. He thoroughly enjoys the classes and really looks forward to karate day! The staff at Varneys are very friendly and the instructors are very knowledgable! Varneys Karate School is a great way for children to learn valuable self defence techniques with the added bonus of being taught about self discipline and respect! Excellent!

Its a fantastic family place whitch offers kickboxing from 3 yrs pluss.also a fun facturay soft play area for under 7.also a great verity of functions available to hire.weddings birthdays for all ages fully licenced bar.

In the few months our daughter has attended Shane Varney's Karate school we can see improvements in her concentration and also physicality .

She really enjoys attending and the instruction is based on her abilities.



It's a friendly club and they mash a good cup of tea !

I have two children who attend varneys martial arts Jase age 11 and shay age 6 Jase started nearly 2 years ago and it's safe to say this club has changed his life he has such a passion for martial arts and the club gives him every opportunity and support him 100% it's just fantastic the club has become like extended family and he will be part of it for many years to come and then for shay she joined around 10 months ago very shy and unsure now she is outgoing made lots of friends and again found the passion for martial arts she enjoys it so much the instructors are great teaching respect and discipline but also kind and caring at the same time and last but not least the manager of the club Claire is amazing she is always there for any worrys and concerns and does her upmost to try and make every one happy she goes above and beyond to help you just a great club and would highly recommend it anyone both adults and children interested in getting involved in martial arts

I have been going to Master Varney's Karate school now for nearly Four years and it is one of the best things I have done. It started out Four years ago with my son joining then I joined and then my daughter joined :) it has been a great journey from white belt to where I am now Brown with Black stripe. I stopped smoking and also started taking up other activities as a result of doing something I have always wanted to do and that was learn martial arts, behind all the great training and great facilities there is a great social side to the club. Meet new friends take part in tournaments and help the club out with special events. It doesn't stop there YES there is more Shane is a community guy who loves to give a bit back by running a lot of charity events, supporting worthy causes and helping the less fortunate at Christmas.

To round it off Get Fit learn a new skill, socialise and help the community its a win win situation.

I attend the ladies kicking boxing. It's great fun, relaxed atmosphere, great to meet new girlfriends (which I have done) whilst getting fit. So glad I made the effort to join, even though I was on my own at first I have met loads of new people. Would defo recommend💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
