Went to Shapes Birstall on Saturday for hair transformation. Absolutely love my new short do and highlights. Clare was absolutely amazing and so friendly. All staff as the salon was friendly and attentive and always made sure I felt comfortable at the salon. Never thought I'd suit having short hair, but I'm extremely happy with the results. Thank you so much Shapes!! 5 stars from me.

The staff here are so knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I had the keratin bond hair extensions and they look fabulous. The staff took the time to show me several hair styles that I could easily do myself. Have already started recommended my friends and family. Thank you Shapes Birstall team for bringing back my confidence p.s your relaxing dark room for washing hair with twinkly lights on the ceiling and massage chairs is fabulous!

It's always hard to find a hairdresser who I s reliable, good and listens to what you want and know what you need. I come from London to Leicester to have my hair cut by Johnboy, he knows exactly what to do with my hair to make me feel amazing. Thank you once again Shapes and John for the excellent customer service and to the lovely ladies that make you feel so relaxed and pampered when your having your hair washed. 100% recommend.

I contacted Shapes at Oadby to ask for their help after a recent colour disaster by a salon in Leamington Spa. The team were extremely knowledgable and helpful and from our detailed discussion gave me confidence in their skills, so I booked in an appointment with Clare and I haven't looked back! I have also attached photos showing my hair disaster (before I found Shapes) and after photo (which Clare at Shapes did) and as you can see the transformation is amazing and I am absolutely thrilled! Highly recommend the team at Shapes, they are courteous, friendly and go above and beyond to give you a great experience and most importantly the result you want, you won't be disappointed. Haircut top notch as always, manicure absolutely spot on and a great addition to the salon! Nail polish normally lasts 12-18 hours for me and I've been known to not even make it out of the salon. In this case, only 2 nails have chipped and one of them was user error - the rest are still intact after 5 days!

Fantastic service as always, everybody is really friendly & put you at ease. Everyone was on top form on my visit especially clare, I love a salon where you can go & have a laugh, a natter & you come out feeling fabulous. I love my hair !! Clare always goes that extra mile, talking you through everything & has a real eye for what will suit you. Highly recommend Shapes & Clare to everyone its an awesome salon! ! ☺

Absolutely lovely people!!! I just spent 6 hours (after a crazy color experiment, mermaid hair!!! My hair is black, curly, long... so required looooong bleaching) and was pampered all the way, even popcorn!!!

Great attention to detail, very patient and friendly staff... and yes, the dye looks amazing.
