Shoosmiths has outlined plans for a fresh three-year strategy, with new CEO Simon Boss hoping to break through the £200m barrier by 2022.
To crack this, Boss is pushing a “mission around the client relationship experience”, bolstering existing relationships and sourcing new clients. The firm’s current biggest clients include Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen Group, Allied London, IKEA, Kier Living, Marstons, Travelodge, Walgreens Boots Alliance and The Open University.

Shoosmiths is expanding its trainee solicitor programme with an increase in trainee and NQ recruits, expansion into the London office, and two trainee intakes annually.
