Especially big thanks to those who have supported us, our amazing students and parents and also those who have helped, guided and made this all possible. Back training this Saturday at The Flackwell Heath Community Centre 10-12 final lesson before Xmas
Look at that shizentai stance! This is Luka, one of our most promising young students. I'm looking forward to seeing this young Karate-ka develop, 'the force is strong with this one!' Here we were visited by Pearsey Jack Sensei (5th Dan), an old friend and a bit of a local legend, also pictured, myself and Kelly Garwood Sensei.

I am pleased to announce today that our Dojo in Flackwell Heath Community Centre has now joined JKR-UK under Chief Instructor Sensei Simon Oliver 7th Dan: JKR-UK Shindo Jinen-Ryu.
Simon Oliver is a well known international instructor who also runs the JKR-UK Hombu Dojo in Nottingham. Simon holds qualifications in many martial arts, including several different styles of karate Jujutsu, Kenjutsu, Iaijutsu, Shotokan Karate, Karate-Jutsu and Aikijutsu. This wide range of skills ...makes him a very effective instructor in close quarter techniques.
We are also combining with The Bourne End Dojo run by Sensei Phil Donaldson 3rd Dan.
We will now have classes on Saturday Mornings 10-12 at The Flackwell Heath Community Centre and Wednesdays 18.30-20.00 at The Bourne End School Academy in New Road.
This opens up many more opportunities for our students and gives them a solid foundation for them to work from in their Marshall Arts Journey.
We look forward to seeing you.

When training don't just do the moves, feel them, learn to turn your kime on and off, hard to do I know, less snap punches and finish the moves completely before moving to the next move, do not forget to use your hips, and don't rush and learn the correct transision from stance to stance. Enjoy your Karate, just a few words of wisdom, I hope from an older long in the tooth practioner lol :)
