Very posh felt very comfortable and relaxed in those lovely seats just a bit noisy for me though

User

It was neat and clean, nice environment and supportive staff. So over all like it will come again 100%.

Always a pleasurable experience, great from the beginning to the end. Great restaurant and food counters, friendly staff, amazing directors lounge.

Always kept on top form, clean, tidy just like a new cinema.

Really makes the movie experience a relaxing and fun, wanting you to return time after time.

Great staff, really friendly. The bar area is a nice place to be. The cinema was spacious and the seats comfortable. Only gripe is my table was broken so I couldn’t put drinks on it (they would have slid off). I think a few of the tables were the same. But all in all a great place to watch a film with a touch of class.

Went to see Oceans 8 today in the Directors screen which is more expensive than other screens, £15.45 per person. You get a soft drink and popcorn included in the price and some would say a better experience. However the bar staff today were very good at vanishing. I watched a customer have to call the staff member to get a drink and when I went to get another drink during the film there was no one to be found. Expensive and poor service.

Really enjoyed Avengers: Infinity War there yesterday. Only reason I'm marking you down is for making us sit through 30 solid minutes of advertising and trailers. Enough is enough!

Nightmare booking tickets on line did phone up to book but poor response to be honest nobody knew what time it started etc 25 of us but don’t think be goin back anytime soon few people couldn’t go because of flu etc but couldn’t get money back only complimentary tickets poor place

Film premiere, screen 11 mostly empty, so it was enjoyable that it wasn't packed out. Tilting seats were lovely and comfortable. What let our experience down was the queues for refreshments. And during the film, there were a couple talking all the way through. She was asking questions, or he was giving a running commentary. Other than that, it was okay.

Went today to see avengers infinity war at 11am today but the film didnt start for over a hour late and I found an elastic band in the salted popcorn

Took my children to watch Sherlock Gmomes yesterday. They were excited to see it after seeing the trailer on the showcase website. Unfortunately the funniest scenes in the trailer were not in the main film! Along with overpriced food and drink and far to many adverts before the film even begins made it a slightly frustrating experience!

Feeling very disappointed with this cinema chain today . My daughter is arranging a fundraiser for a 20 month old baby with a very life limiting illness. She contacted them over the possibility of a raffle prize . She has had some amazing very generous donations from both big and small companies. While the staff were lovely here we were given a role of 4 posters which were not in great condition and were from films that no one had heard off !!! Not much use for a raffle really .

Decent screen and seats (and sound system so good that it had several adverts to tell us)... but my goodness, were the staff rude, sullen and miserable. It was my first visit here, and on mentioning this to a friend, she just shrugged and said ‘they always are here.’

Won’t be back.

Considering I paid a lot of money to see tonight's release of The Last Jedi (4 Xplus seats), I was sadly disappointed at the decision to stop the film 15 minutes in and restart due to people who turned up late. It spoilt the nights enjoyment and we walked away talking more about the incident rather than the amazing movie itself. Bad call from the management and if dedicated Star Wars fans can't be bothered to be on time for a premier showing then they deserve to miss it!

Very unappy with the day I took my son. I could not book online for anything as the website kept crashing or giving an error message. I arrived at the cinema and tickets were gone for Star Wars and Jumanji. I was offered the use of the phone to speak to the cinema in Sinfin, but I would not have made it there in time. Had to wait around for over an hour to get into this showing, only to be greeted by a baby crying the majority of the way through the film. I complained twice to the attendants and they came in but did not even approach the family in question. Very distracting to say the least when a toddler is screaming full pelt. I fail to understand how a child of that age was allowed in to be honest as this was not a young childs film and audience was mainly older especially at the time of this showing. I also encountered some of the most vile toilets I have seen. The toilet was blocked, the floor was filthy, half of the locks were naff and the toilets themselves were disgusting. In total including parking for all that time I spent nearly £50 for the so called pleasure of visiting here!! I am most definitely disgruntled and to be quite frank, cannot believe the cinema was like this. I use this cinema as my primary for taking my son on a treat and have never seen it like this, nor been ignored when have an issue! Really bad work! The only good member of staff on this visit was the girl who sold us the tickets and she was lovely, unfortunately cannot recall her name. Shame not all were like this. Very unhappy and would appreciate some feedback on this please.

Someone please remove the piano at your Derby Intu branch. As much as it may be fun for a child to sit there hitting any note they can for half an hour it's very unfair on those trying to enjoy (a rather expensive) drink before a film. We seriously considered leaving without even watching the film.

User

Poor slow service 20 minutes to get tickets then a long wait to get anyone to serve on drink/popcorn counter. Screen itself good

User

My son left his coat as they didn’t put the lights up when the film finished. Spent 10 minutes on the phone waiting for them to answer at a cost of £8! Assured the coat would be safe with them for a week, went back the next day and they had lost it!! So annoyed with them, will never be going back!

User

My friend treated me to watch a film in the IMAX £30 for 2 tickets, on the row behind us were a couple who talked & argued the whole way through the whole film.. not an usher to be seen! When i politely asked the couple behind to be quiet 10 mins before the end of the film, i was met with verbal abuse & called every swear word under the sun! Had there have been an usher in the room perhaps they could have asked the couple to be quiet, instead i had to leading to feeling threatened & ruining the whole experience!

User

Give people the chance to watch 2d films instead of crap 3d . Again on opening day you have put the 3d in X plus and directors hall with no other showing in 2d . And the other derby screen 2 late showing trying to force people to watch it in 3d . We come to this cinema 4 or 5 times a month but will be watching the next few elsewhere
