Antenatal classes are aimed at families wanting to learn as much as possible about the final few weeks of their pregnancy, labour, birth and the first few weeks with your new baby. By the end of the course you will also have a better idea of what type of birth you want, as well as what to expect should things not go according to plan. All classes are provided in a fun and friendly way so that you feel relaxed and happy throughout and able to ask any questions without any embarrassment.

Baby massage classes are a fantastic way to learn new ways of communicating with your baby. You will also learn how to calm them and help them to relax, as well as learning how to solve common problems such as trapped wind, colic and constipation. All classes include soft lighting, gentle music and relaxing aromatherapy. The oils used are 100% natural, organic grape seed oil that helps to protect baby's skin and keep it soft and supple. There are also weighing scales available at all classes for your peace of mind.

All teaching materials are provided at all classes and you will get a course folder to keep for all courses. Refreshments are also available at all classes.
