My lovely client has given me permission to share her progress photo. Amazing results so far. This is the result after just 3 sessions. Today I had a client ask about the difference between Laser Tattoo Removal and Tattoo removal creams. Here are just 3 reasons why laser is the best option for all. Tattoo removal cream could be recommended to remove temporary tattoos such as Henna as this is placed on the top layer of your skin and doesn't penetrate deep into the dermal layer of the skin.
1.Takes More Time
... While it is very difficult to attach a timeline to tattoo removal using creams, laser tattoo removal is well known to show results after just your first visit. Many find that it can take around 9 months before any progress is seen using tattoo removal creams.
2. Less Effective
Tattoo removal creams, however, have been frequently debunked by medical professionals as having little to no visible effect. To compound on this downside, tattoo removal creams often require several months of time investment before any visible difference in the tattoo can be seen.
The results of Laser Tattoo Removal can be seen as early as the first appointment, with each subsequent meeting showing visible results instantly.
3. Safety Concerns
A lot of tattoo removal creams contain powerful chemicals that are needed when attempting to break down chemicals hidden deep within your skin. Safety should be your primary concern when removing a tattoo, so understanding the risks of tattoo removal cream is essential.
In order for any tattoo removal cream to reach the embedded ink, they would have to break down or damage the skin (dermis). In fact, many tattoo removal creams include compounds such as TriChloro Acetic Acid and Hydroquinone. Both of these chemicals are extremely hazardous to your skin and are in fact banned in several countries.
While laser tattoo removal can cause some discomfort during procedures, the severity and longevity of the discomfort is greatly reduced. Laser tattoo removal treatments are usually spaced 4-6 weeks apart, while tattoo removal cream requires application daily. So, laser tattoo removal is ultimately less intrusive to your daily life!

Tattoo removal doesn't happen over night, it's a journey. If your willing to embark on your journey then the results are amazing. Here we have a back piece, it has taken 18 sessions to get to this stage, my client received session 19 after the photo was taken. As you can see their is no scarring and the pigmentation in her skin remains the same.

Moving newly to the area Donna was lovely All the way through my appointment, she also stopped when I felt it was too much. Currently having 8 tattoos laser removed well worth it.. Donna is very good at what she does.. the results so far are amazing... Thank you.. full confidence in her.

Just had my first carbon facial at Skinology. I didn't know what to expect and I am a big wuss when it comes to anything that may be painful ( I can just cope getting my eyebrows waxed). I had nothing to worry about, Donna invited me round for a patch test and showed me the equipment, I asked lots of questions and Donna was able to answer all my queries.

I have had facials before but nothing like this, it was strange at first but Donna kept telling me what she was doing through out, and then finished it off with a nice mini massage to apply the cream at the end. Skin feels lovely soft and smooth. I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed. Definitely will be having another and will recommend to friends. Thank you Donna xx

Currently having tattoo removal. After attending another clinic in the town I wasn't happy with the small amount of difference in my tattoo after 6 sessions. Donna has done 2 treatments up to now and the results are amazing. I was out at ease and Donna continually asked if I was ok and didn't rush me through the treatment. Would recommend any day for tattoo removal
