What a night last night. We crowned not one but two Diamond Members of the Year. We also celebrated our new lady from last week loosing 12 lb in her first weigh in. Does laughing count as body magic because if it does we all did very well last night!!!! The post below is from one of our lovely Diamond Members of the Year x

What a morning!! Special guest appearance of Katie Cowie, two 3 stone awards given, our Slimmer of the Week lost 7 lbs, 2 members reached their personal targets and a very much loved member turns 18 this week. Well done all xx
