Okayyyyyyyy folks, after seriously major repairs at SmithyŌĆÖs Marina Bar. #We are back in business ­¤æŖ So see you tomorrow folks and thank you all soooooo much for all the advice and caring words, I genuinely really really appreciate it....... ­¤Ź║Come on England­¤Ź║

It is with deep regret I have simply no alternative but to completely close SmithyŌĆÖs Marina Bar over the next few days to due to severe electrical fault on the drainage pump out station from the pub. I have exhausted every possible avenue. The parts needed are all special order and no one can promise this week let alone instal. Hence we cannot wash glasses or dishes, the toilets are unusable as the waste has nowhere to go hence I apologise once again until I get this situation dealt with, believe me this simply could not have happened at a worst time for me ie brilliant weather, brilliant bands and the World Cup so I am gutted.....

What can I say about this place, love it thanks to Adam Smith for making us welcome, and to the bar staff, we stayed here for a long weekend in November, they are open all year round, and have great entertainment Thursday Friday and Saturday night, and lovely food too, we will be back next year.

What a steak meal that was, best meal ive had out for a long long time! 2 x steak meals with a bottle of jack rabbit wine, cooked to perfection!!! What a bar smithys is....wish i lived closer!! Would be my local!! Well done to the chef and bar staff!!!

We held a birthday party here for my Mum & wow what a venue! The creativity from the kitchen was incredible, front of house staff couldnŌĆÖt have been more accommodating and helpful & Adam and the whole team really made our night go with a bang. The place was packed full of smiling people & bar staff joined in the fun and made everyoneŌĆÖs night awesome. The live music was pretty good too! ’┐ĮThank you so much!

We are sited at Shardlow Marina and frequent this amazing establishment often, great chef, staff and owner, hats off to them all ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

This my friends is one of the best music venues I know, not only that but the food and choice of beers is awesome., certainly see you guys again..

Stayed on site opposite this weekend,and went in bar in day and night for all our meals,food is absolutely lovely,and it's run by a lovely friendly bloke,with brilliant friendly staff.

Spent 4 days on the camp ground in my Vdub. The bar and staff are amazing. Very friendly place and brilliant atmosphere. I would recommend this place. Well worth a visit. Thanks guys an gals

Lovely food just a bit chaotic with dogs of the lead in the pub. Dogs should be kept on the lead.

It's a great music bar friendly staff love playing there many thanks Adam Hi Aces

I know Adam via the scooterin scene and it's always a pleasant atmosphere and a cracking pint ­¤¢Æ

Great place friendly staff in a great location and top food and drink

Great bar with live bands on at weekends, top landlord & fab staff,food is amazing, highly recommend

Friendly relaxed place with a superb Chef who really cares about the food. Love it.

Fantastic day/night caters from all the family young/ elderly/furry friends delicious food will def go as often as poss xx

Busy Saturday afternoon at Snithy's Marina Bar, due to a combination of sunshine and World Cup footie on TV. Good atmosphere.

Food was flying out so just ordered a snack of chilli nachos. Simple dish - but wow these were something special! Not just chilli with cheese chucked on, but a mix of fresh tomatoes, onion, coriander, jalape├▒os, nachos and cheese all grilled to perfection with sour cream on the side. Consistently good food on every visit no matter what I order. Thanks Chef Gary and the team for keeping care, quality and consistency on such a hectic day. Well done.
