Yes finally ended up in here and wow lovely food lovely atmosphere, staff all so friendly would highly recommend just a little shout out to Andy and chef AL and the waitresses that just go above and beyond to make you feel welcone and happy here, lovely old skool tunes playing in the background for anyone who still hasn't tried this place please don't miss out.

Went here last week,food was lovely and the staff were fab� there was 19 of us all together and I pre ordered the food the day before,we all got our meals at the same time

We love it here, been coming for a while and we are so well looked after we cannot fault it. Food is always fantastic but service is not only

We came in for the 2 for 1 cocktails, the staff were really nice and helpful, we ended up eating a meal each and having more drinks and we're so happy with the service we stayed for 5 hours having a much needed catch up with my bestie. I was hesitant as I had heard very mixed reviews bur I have been pleasantly surprised x

This was my second time at the Smokehouse and I can see things have slowly and surely improved! The food has improved and was freshly made, cooked to perfection and was presented well. The new manager, waiter and waitress where very kind, professional and welcoming!

The service was great and the food was cooked to how I like it so would defo recommend this place, only down side they only have 1 steak but if u like big American burgers then this is the place

I regularly eat at the Smokehouse, have had numerous meals, cocktails and FreakShakes. Each and every time I have been service has been fantastic and nothing ever seems too much trouble for Andy! Great place with fab staff ��

I first came to the smokehouse in July 2016 and I wasn’t overly pleased so until last Friday 18th May 2018, as I was unsure about coming back. However my fiancé wanted to give the smokehouse another try and I am so glad he did. The service and food had really improved. Staff were very friendly and kept checking We was ok with everything. The nachos that we shared were amazing and my main (Chicken Waffle Burger) was just delicious. I look forward to coming back again in the near future. Keep up the good work and service ����

Here tonight for best friends hen party in the function room upstairs, omg it has been amazing!!! Cocktails are beautiful, dj has been fantastic and Andy & Nicole the bar staff have been out of this world, to the point of them even flossing with us!!! Made us feel so welcome thanks guys! Andy is coming home with us �

Great service really friendly welcome. Food was lovely we had the baby back ribs, pulled pork and brisket with some really delicious side, we will be definitely be returning �

Came ere with my son our 2nd ever visit and both loved it yet again lol messy starter to share and then eyes bigger than bellies i got smokin hot burger wow!!!! And he got buttermilk chicken waffle burger all fantastic 🤙

Called in for lunch yesterday... lunch menu deal was fab! Club sandwich was REALLY tasty and massive portion! Can’t recommend enough!

Another birthday meal here tonight ,Variety of meals , everyone full , excellent value . Andy goes out his way to make sure we are all happy with our food ( believe me we have a fussy few ) staff are all friendly and happy can’t fault it we love it there , smokehouse keep up the good work . Absolutely loved eating here tonight. The waiter Andy was very friendly and very helpful and made us feel so comfortable when we couldn't decide what we wanted to eat. The waitress Kia was lovely too and came over and had a chat. They both made us feel very welcome as this was our first time here and I shall definately be returning and will recommend this highly. Also amazing thanks to the chef who made the dishes as they were outstanding. Never had such good food, sevice and experience.

Was an good first visit - nice meal, big portions and cool decor...just a couple of things- halloumi fries were what looked and tasted exactly like breaded mozzarella dippers?! Also I ordered strawberry colada and the waitress said it must be a strawberry Collins, I showed her it on the menu but what I ended up getting was not a strawberry colada as they are supposed to be a milky and this was watery. Also maybe the waitress should not be quite as honest - when asking about pork scratchings we were told the chef doesn't like serving them anymore as they are gross...(which I guess is a good thing but was just a bit weird to hear...)

Yesterday (28/04/2018) my parents had booked a table for my step brothers birthday. We had done this because on my 18th birthday, we booked a table and as we arrived you told us there was no food, and needless to say it did put the cherry on top of a bad day. Anyway, we were seated chose what we were having and it took a very long time for anyone to take our order, and then it went down hill from there. The drinks were not brought out together, my mother was waiting for her cocktail, and then the food wasn't ready and brought out at the same time either. COMMUNICATION IS KEY, I understand it is a very busy restaurant but take the extra time to make sure the delivery of coustemer service is on form.

Warning: don't order anything with pulled chicken, I ripped my gums when eating my pulled chicken salad only to find a chicken bone in it.

We sent it away and immediatly a member of staff was there to resolve it. With two bad experiences at the smoke house i was very upset and did not want to eat any other food as i was too worried i would make my mouse bleed again.

The meal was taken of the bill and i was offered something to replace it free of charge. The man who delt with the situation (who i'm presuming is the manager) took the time to appologise and explain that this has been an issue as it is pulled chicken, my issue is, it wouldn't have bothered me if there was a disclamer somewhere saying anything containing pulled chicken can contain bones. Then i would know to either look out for them or not choose it.

Overall the rest of my family said the food was good, but nothing special, the guy who dealt with my situation was extremly friendly and helpful. However, we shall not be returning anytime soon.

It wasn’t a terrible experience but the food was cheap and nasty. Ordered a side of Mac and cheese but got pasta with cheddar cheese. These are two very different dishes. Service was ok. The whole experience was just meh

Been here a few times , service is excellent. However every time the food is just ok. I've not once been taken back by the taste or flavours. We had the hot wings starters but these were too salty, I've never tasted anything this tasty in my life.

Everything just seems to be piled on without thought of flavour or taste.



4 of us dined , 4 left unhappy.



I've given this place too many chances and I doubt I'll be back again.

We visited a couple of weeks ago and I’m a bit late with the review but I want management to see it ....were to start? We went in on an evening and before being seated, we were warned ‘food is taking a little longer tonight’ we said we didn’t mind, but I was a little confused as the place was almost empty. Anyway. The waitress brought a menu and told us they were out of sticky chicken and ribs. We looked at the now limited menu, and made our choice, chilli dog and halloumi salad. She came back to take our order (some time later!) and told us ‘oh sorry we don’t have any salad’ ..... a “RESTAURANT” that doesn’t have any salad?! Anyone could’ve gone to any supermarket to resolve this issue! Anyway. I picked again. A hotdog. 10 minutes later another member of staff came out to a table near us (who had ordered atleast half an hour previous because it was before we even got there) and said sorry we haven’t got any hot dogs! But didn’t come over and tell us..... despite the fact that we’d ordered two! I got up and told the waitress we were leaving and why. ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES!!!! It’s a shame the customer service and management lets this place down because the food is lovely.
